The auto lag detection thing, can you make it an option to have it turned on or off?? I hardly ever lagged, but it keeps telling me "possible lag detected" and i have to re-aline all my shots and things...

ANNOYING!

Btw apart from this, game is working great. But i think a clickable option would be great, it just happened 5 times on 1 shot for me, and i nearly ran out of time to play.

Same here the option chip_fork mentioned above is a great idea as i dont like the auto lag detection thing it needs removing i think or change it to how it was before please

Agree with above posts! I can hardly take a shot without it saying possible lag detected!

Is it happening on slower shots or just very fast shots?

Agree with the above, auto lag detect is a complete nightmare.

It happens on both types of shots, fast or slow it is awful, please can we get rid of it.

i like the idea, because i seem to lagg every other shot, so good to me lol :)

ok its cutting out every shot or near as makes no difference, and its slowed my game right down to a hault, i cant shoot because the lag is so bad that the cue stroke kicks in and makes me retake the shot. it was brilliant before the update was put on though.

OK, I've increased the threshold now. It should be a lot more reasonable now. If you still have problems please let me know, and please let me know how often / which shots.

Hi Nick,

PLEEEEEASE remove this "lag" thing, I played my first game just now and timer went to 1 second and then it was too late to re-align the shot, I understand the need for improvement but judging by the comments others have made also, it makes the game harder to play. Can you take it off please?

fast shots especially to break into a bunch. and i never had bad lag until now, ironically.

Are you sure there is no way you can change the option so it is like custom cursor and additional stats on practice table? Just an option we can click on or off?

Seems it benefits alot of people (which is a good thing) But i never experienced lag (only very very rare) And now i have to retake/re-aline every other shot....

It makes playing painfull.

That's it I've had enough. Theres absolutely no point in playing a game if you have to re-align every shot 3 times and then run out of time. Seriously, it RUINS gameplay. For those who get lag follow previous instructions;

GO TO Tools - manage add-ons - enable or disable add-ons - then disable shockwave flash object.

I agree with most of the comments so far on the lag alert.

This "feature" is a complete nightmare, of questionable value and is killing the game.

I, for one, would be delighted if it were removed.

There's no doubt Nick is on the right track here, so it's worth us being a little more patient for the sake of a day or twos testing.

We will all benefit from this in the end no doubt, so i can't see the point of dismissing the effort so quickly until we can be sure it has no benefits in the long run!

It's still a nightmare for me, no improvement at all! I can't seem to get any sort of power all i can play is very slow shots which are of no use when trying to break!

Also... why is it that when you have restarted the server i can never log in until i have closed and re-opened my browser??
