As Requested.....you impatient bugga

Yesterday was a day, full of Love and Best Wishes
And today I am stuck here, and washing the dishes
I am now paying the price, for a wonderful day
Where every thing I wished for, came my way
Visits off mates, and given pressies galore
All that I wanted, and a little bit more
Then a party last night, all arranged by my mate
Eating and drinking, I got in hell of a state
So I am now here, cleaning the mess from last night
You should have seen it, it was a terrible sight
But I'm getting there slowly, the hoovering's done
The headache has gone, that's that battle won
Nearly finished the dishes, just need to wipe up
A quick dust and a polish, pour more tea in a cup
Then I'll settle down, and get on funkypool
And do what I do best, and start playing the fool
So there you go Paula, the requested poem is done
I'll finish the cleaning, then I'll be YOUR number one.

Pool with My Paula

Playing Pool against Paula, is a wonderful thing
If she's not talking, she can make that cue sing
As soon as she starts, a plan is soon hatched
Snookering me, so that my balls are scratched (sts pmsl?she knows)
Every opportunity, with both hands, she will take
As she goes searching for, the elusive Golden Break
She hammers the cue ball, with breakneck speed
Hoping the striped ball, will do the good deed
But more often than not, the balls won't go down
And she is now used to that, hence the odd frown
But to give her fair play, she can play a good rack
Always plays a good game, always up for the crack
Its always a pleasure, as we play, laugh and joke
And if it goes quiet, we give each other a poke
So to sum it all up, here is the bottom line
Victory yet again to Stella, the spoils are all mine.

About someone who i adore
Everyone knows on this game
Dont have to mention his name
Been so long for me and him
Stuck together thru thick N thin
Have laffed almost every day
Has me in stitches thats his way
Cracks me up is such a laugh
Without him here would be naff
Makes me happy that is no lie
