When rightly the poor bird is his
So she sent it flying back off to Wales

If you dont want the darn bird
Aint you ever heard
Of advertising it under "sales"

the reapers glee

As eire mist creeps slowley
casts a glimmer croos the light
the muffled footsteps introduce
a killer in the night
with eyes as black as feathered crows
and skin grey as the dew
the only meaning in his life
to strike terror anew

anticipation growing hot
he holds a silent breath
with blade held tight within his grasp
its time to dance with death
a hallowed scream now pierced the night
and stops as soon as starts
as quick as lightning dissapears
as stops the beating heart

with victim felled and malice grown
he takes the prowl once more
delighting in his latest act
there laying on the floor
he stalks a stranger passerbye
and hears his horrid shout
he quickly checks around him now
that no-one is about

he slowley stalks his next victim
he shallow baited breath
to bring another gift of life
into the hands of death
yet in the dark and eire knight
a laugh rings through in glee
and as the victim draws his sword
he ends the killers spree

OH! Dont like death poems etc, but good one

lol, not really a death poem, more of a moral poem, and the moral to the story is???.....

Tears roll down my cheeks and hit the floor
as I turn and reach to close the door
You changed my life in so many ways
I can't believe you are going to walk away

All I ever wanted was for you to hold me tight
Sitting on a Beach under the bright moonlight
You were my everything, including my best friend
I thought you were the one, and I will to the end

I never once believed in soul mates
Not until that day we met by a stroke of fate
I've always been able 2 see tht sparkle in ur eyes
Like the twinkle of the stars in a midnight sky

I will love you until the end of time
I can take solace in the fact I had called u mine
Thinking back on our first kiss...
I just really don't see how things can end like this

I wish you wouldn't walk away

darkened clouds and thundering rain
bring forth the greens of earth again
the flash of lightning, thunderous boom
the hope that you will return soon
for nigh, the hour is at hand
as darkness creeps across the land
a shadow of worry cast across my face
for hours gone, and still i wait
as darkness surrounds our abode
and still you have not returned home
as worry turns to fear and dread
for fear alive, you may be dead

the powers down, the phones are out
and still your wandering about
no way to contact you to see
if you'll be comming home to me
as tears stream freely down my face
i pray to God, with hope and grace
that he protect you, save from harm
and return you to my arms
and then a sound rings through the night
i wonder if thats you outside
now shall you worry me no more
or is that death outside my door

the lights come on and break the night
for time it takes to find my sight
and happiness returns with glee
for there you stand, back home, to me.
