The night is cold and the girl is crying,
As she just realised her hope is dying.
The news just recieved came as such a big shock,
High up the time is revealed by a big clock.
Cold wind gushes and her own hands shake,
Her trembling knees just began to ache.
The sudden ex-boyfriend just revealed the news,
As she stands there shocked and so bemused.
His words are stiff and they hit her hard,
The space between the two is about a yard.
He sits on the bench but she stays on her feet,
Cradling her arms to try and save some heat.
Her tears are so cold they could freeze right there,
The wind picks up and it blows her hair.
It seems there's not a chance to make it work,
And the statement he made has just really hurt.
He is very formal as he explains all,
The comment she made has just made him small.
After breaking up they go their seperate ways,
Its obvious now that they wont talk for days.
Friends in the window trying to catch a quick glimpse...

Maybe for a hug or just a goodbye kiss.
But there is neither and the message is clear,
He stumbles out the words as he sips his beer.
NO real explanation all put down to stress,
She holds her hands tightly and holds down her dress.
The typical line that most of the men use,
It's obvious this idiot has had too much booze.
She wants to try but his is a stone wall,
Looking for a way to make this poor girls skin crawl.
The conversations tough, and he shows light remorse,
This idiotic break-up was my fault of course!

Yet ANOTHER Fab One from you Ste *HUGS* I will miss them sooooooooooooooooooooo much!

alrighty, heres my attempt at a poem lol

i had some help from stevie...who had some help from the rhyming dictionary lol

so theres this bug i know
whose taken quiet a blow
straight threw the heart
it stunk like a fart
i was thinking to my self about how i could help
i couldnt stand to see her welp
she is my bestest pal after all
i'll stand her back up whenever she falls
what doesnt kill us makes us stronger
but hopefully our friendship will be there to conquer
i told you many times, i'll always be there
because we're both really full of hot air!

Days pass so quick from morn til late

JACK DANIELS

The great jack daniels from tennessee,
Is drunken by many, especially me.
In its rectangular bottle, and its black lid,
The stuff wasn't touched much when I was a kid.
And then I discovered its brilliant taste,
And its powerful strength that turned me into waste.
Its molten brown colour and its sharp little kick,
With its confident power to make people sick.
Mixed with some coke, or drank in a shot,
There's been many a night that I have forgot.
And dont forget it can be drunk on the rocks,
When you drop in a couple of those icy blocks.
Mr Jack Daniels what I a legend you are,
To put your great liquid inside of a jar.
Associate with bikers, students and rock and roll,
So much of this whiskey has taken its toll.
About 18 quid a bottle, the big one no doubt,
To get me through a very rough little drought.
Waking up in the morning, and smelling the stuff,
Is a sure-shot sign that you've had just enough!

Tossing and turning in bed
goodness I cant sleep
and no I dont need something
to turn me off deep
cuz
im not tired
im just restless
a bit confused, lost,
yeah at the moment, im a bit of a mess

i lie back down
my head full of thoughts
pull the covers, shut my eyes,
and turn the lights off

time goes by
maybe an hour or two
and still i cant stop myself
from thinking about you

dont tell me to rest
cuz thats not i need
i need you by my side
with your arms around me

Knock Knock knock on the door
Who was that who can it be
Scared to move to go and see

Unexpected was the call tonight

The days to come are so appealing
No work to clutter up those days
The sun's out too, I hope it stays
