You've got to ferry yourself and the fox and the goose and the grain across the river.

Buy a bigger boat
Or you could take the bridge...
Or put the goose in the water (they can swim ), an tie it to the back of the boat (therefore is not in the boat with you) take over the fox, come back, take the grain, go back, then go back to the other side of the river and untie the goose.
Or you even turn your map around and realise that you never had to cross the river in the first place as you need to be on the side that you are on.

i think the answer is this
Journey 1: cross river with goose (fox won't eat grain).
Journey 2: return to fox & grain (leaving goose)
journey 3: cross river with fox (leaving grain behind).
Journey 4: return with goose (leaving fox behind)
Journey 5 take grain across river(leaving goose at the start point).
