If you truly believe that, then I think the real failure is in a captain/clans ability to retain a player if they win a match in a tourny and decide to join the team of the player they beat. What chance do you have of surviving a season if your player retention skills are so poor?

Or would you concede that maybe the most popular way to play games quickly (tournaments) was just coincidental. The real fact is if a player was truly happy then he wouldn't leave or try to, or do you disagree?

I have all the Facebook messages where he says he isn't happy and doesn't get on with anyone there.

Also showing me telling him not to deactivate, and to ask your permission to leave.

Strangely I agree with Lee and Ash on some of their points :s

Another point I'd like to make to EVERYBODY is that the new League Runners need a chance to sort things out for themselves too!
Even tho some have had experience, they have taken this on so we can (try to!) enjoy playing in a Clan Competition.

I have to agree that the inclination is definitely now shifted to a transfer window, would certainly remove the unrest. Though it will mean more players leave clans mid-season.

Yes but at least we'd know when they were actually allowed/permitted to move instead of anytime another Captain feels like it.

Well, looks like TALK are folding. Can we please ban sniper and dextr from making anymore clans? Neither see them through and both leave mid-season, leaving some poor sod to try and keep them afloat.

yeah mate it's hard to take over during the middle of a season and try to stay afloat. The last thing I wanted to do this fold the clan.

it ain't over...jack did not inform me he was folding the clan, I would have been more then happy to take over until I couldn't do anything.

Therefore thread will be uncapped, and I'm in touch with league runners..this is the biggest load I have ever witnessed on funky.

I WILL NOT take the heat on this..I will however do my best to keep the almighty legend killers in FBL and FCL.

I think the fact that 5 players left the clan put him in a spot of bother. A lot can happen in 5 days and if games aint getting played it can get stressfull. Jack did what he could. You will have a hell of a job with half a team as the reliable ones have all left. Good luck though

well I really do appreciate the wishes bro, it will be a task and I have no tram list that current or anything..I haven't even seen the talk thread for 5 days..I got word of what happened and was extremely annoyed. Its just a computer game sure, but its what I didn't know that's wrong. I wasn't notified even after capping and folding :(

Was no disrespect towards you. I just had no help posting, chasing down players and then got hit with a lot players leaving at once.Also had some unreliable players. I actually saved TALK from being gutted more. I did my best. I guess in looking back i should of messaged you, however i knew you had personal things going on and did not want or think it was right to add to your plate. And before, I asked you to leave there wasn't really any help. I'm not throwing you under the bus either . I will take the blame for this and i understand things happen. :)

Lol @ people offline for weeks at a time crying about "their" clan folding. Jack did what he could, and that is more than most would have done.

I actually respect Jack who tried his best and without his input then talk would have folded a while ago unless viki decided to take over.

Jack reminds me of Eri who was in a similar situation on the 'Other Site' but he managed to lead a clan to Champions.

I think with the right players Jack could be a successful captain.
