Lol the rule now is exactly the same as when Chris ran them so please explain what the difference is? Why does it make a mockery of the league, just because you want to be able to control players? I don't want to control my players, just know that there's some security and backing from a League Runner. Instead making threats and isolating me as the problem cause, you're no better than anyone else on here. The problem is decisions aren't being made instead a joke panel is required to decide what colour socks people wear.

Chris made decisions and only used a panel for defaults, unlike now for everything

Tell you what's changed:

1. Chris were a non player so had no bias towards anyone or anything
2. He remained impartial and justified everything
3. Rules were implemented and maintained
4. Loopholes were not as obvious and Captains felt they had his support.
5. He were always approachable not like you, you say one thing which you don't like and you spit feathers and conjure up crap from the past.
6. I still believe youre the right person to be the League Runner but there's no consistency, no enforced rules, no support mechanism or actual support, players are free to do what the HELL they like.
7. You blame me yet I'm not the actual problem this time your non existent rules are.

the league runner isn't at fault, everyone wanted him to continue and a good job he is doing with Sarah and Punkpoet

however like everything that involves clan leagues a few individuals blow things well out of proportion

all payback did was leave because he had family commitments, however he still managed to play from morning till midnight, then joined Pros

Thats where i draw the line mate, The Runner asked the Panel their views, the Panel said their piece then the Runner decided.

Only time we have been informed is the case with Dom which doesn't need re-raking.

Yes Chris was by far the best league runner and rarely needed input but each person runs differently. Far as i know Chris did the defaults by himself as i think Keith may do now.

The Panel is only their to update results and other things not to decide the fate of the league.

Life is made up of choices. If you do not like how the league is run then you have a choice you can make. I think you are being a little unfair saying the league runner is biased, maybe put some evidence forward to support this claim, and then the people can address this issue

I would also like to add that lets not forget that this is an online pool game, not the premier league! nobody gets paid for playing the game, it should be fun and fair play to the people that give their own time up to ensure that we have leagues to play in.

I personally think the only way to eradicate all the problems with clans, is to get rid of clans, as you cannot please all the people all the time

This isn't a democracy, it is and should be a dictatorship. If you aren't happy with the way the leagues are run then you do it. Until then Keith should and shall run it how he wishes.

On the subject of saying you can't play due to family commitments and then being online all day, I really don't fell payback is any where near the worst exponent of this line.

you don't need my permission, don't believe I ever suggested it. Not sure how your mum being unwell stops you from playing but each to there own. I'm just pointing out if a member of your clan thinks saying this is note worthy he should take the same note of his own clan.

I thought you were questioning me being online a lot, so apologies if I got that wrong.

The main issue isn't the player wanting to move but the fact we have never received any indication of this, their reason for leaving us being proven to be completely false and the leagues lack of rules awarding them with what they apparently want now.

I'd have preferred the player to been honest from the start and we would reluctantly have no choice but to release. I still think players should not be allowed to do as they please and a set precedent be enforced asap.

The dbno incident has been explained, I can see where we have slipped up and stated we will not play him until next season or do I need to ask a panel to make my decisions too?

A role brings responsibility, sometimes decisions can be made alone.

If a captain releases a player they can move, if they aren't released they can send grievances to the runner, the runner makes the decision.

The only time the panel has had any influence is with the Dom move other than that we have been kept in the dark so not sure how the panel can make a decision. They can only post their views when asked to the runner who then reads the views and makes a decision. If the runner wants to use their own judgment thats fine also.

In a sense decisions are made alone by the runner.

is that I play all my clan games, I don't make lame excuses for not playing and have never run away from anything in my life.

when I have quit anything its because of people cheating

Everyone has had their rant and made their own comments about the league.
Rather than get into the bickering match , Keith makes the rules/decisions, Keith does the work to make sure fixtures are sorted and released on time .

Updating results / GC everything else , takes time .
Yes recently there has been things that people haven't been happy about .
We spend our valuable spare time keeping leagues running, maybe people should appreciate that , rather than take it for granted .

Totally agree with you Sarah - I have no doubts everyone including the League Runner works very hard using up their own valuable precious time. I thank you all for it.

BUT...so do us Captains. We have started teams from scratch and done whatever we can to bolster the squads, keep them ticking over season by season, without ANY issues or problems at all. Now for some unknown bizarre reason all that hard work sees to account for nothing this season especially - with players having the freedom to do as they please DURING a season. The only thing we cannot control is deactivating an account - but surely we can have some security for our teams and the squads.

That's why the transfer window suggestion were made - so EVERYONE would be on the same page and know exactly where they stood with their teams and it's players.

Nothing was ever meant to get personal or to ridicule each other, this was just a simple suggestion which i think ALL clans can benefit from. But horse10000 has made his decision, that's that then.
