I totally agree jack would be an ace captain withe the right reliable people behind him as captains just i didnt hav a clue what i was to do as a vice captain he did try his best to explain to me but couldnt understand it all as it was my first time even being involved in a clan, if u ever set up a clan jack itd be happy to join it for bein player only top man, respect

I require team lists in from all teams for the third set of fixtures by Sunday night 17/05/15.

Can there please be some rules or an agreement to have a transfer window? We can't have players taking it upon themselves to make up a lame excuse and post themselves - OUT on the team changes thread only to the next day join another team during the same season.

IF something isn't implemented soon then I feel what's the point in appointing Captains, Vices or even having Teams.

Now we are in a difficult situation as he's not technically a free agent until we post or agree to his release. We want to make a stand against it even being allowed to be conducted this way but also at the same time the other teams Captain is a great friend of ours.

Is it worth jeopardising a friendship over one player or is trying to prevent a free for all, do as you please environment worth fighting for?

Been told a panel will have to decide IF we fail to release him but surely the player should just have to wait till next season or a transfer window? After all their initial lame excuse were they would be unavailable for clans or to compete soon.

tension wasnt on the FCL and FBL team lists so weren't affiliated with CNG, he were only on their list for the SL. I've even said he can remain there for the SL if he likes.

Dbno as far as I and he were aware he'd been released, having seen that not be the case then I totally agree with you and we can revert back to the initial understanding and he not be played till next season. I've seen Pros have released him now but the actions and process are exactly similar to what we're making a stance against.

Tension was added to the chips and gravy FCL team and never removed but not the FBL team list. I assume you will therefor only play tension in FBL given the above.

There will not be a transfer window as long as I run leagues. I played when there was one and it caused chaos.

There has been one instance where there was an issue so far and you wish to try and justify a second one. There has been plenty of occasions when a clan releases and they go and play for another clan. You were happy to sign dbno when he was still signed for pros and Richie released him no problem. Now one of your own players wants to do exactly the same you have a problem with it, not double standards at all.

You have been made aware that you do not have to release him and if you don't payback will require to message advising why he wished to move.

All players will get treated the same and I will never run a league where captains think because they have signed someone they can control if they do or do not play. No player is contracted to a team they all offer there services for fun and enjoyment.

When I went to school if you make a mistake then you'd say 'my mistake' never 'my bad' which does not make any sense at all.

It's slang. It's also pretty common if you go anywhere.

I agree with Keith - Transfer windows are a bad idea. I don't see the issue here, your player wanted to leave and has.

No I never missed it as from our discussion last night, your first claim was it was not at all similar and then tried to justify by saying it was because dbno had been offline for such a long time so it was different. Now you are trying to revert saying we won't play him till next season even though he has now joined under the correct method as Richie released him so he is free to play for knights now. There has been several players released and joined others through the correct channel so the rules work fine.

His player has left but ash does not want to release him which is his choice. Payback will require to message requesting that the league panel will sanction his release with his reasons why. It would be exactly the same as mirr earlier in the season. Second instance for the season, there has been several other players done the same thing but their captains have released no problem so league staff had no reason to get involved. I am more than happy with the way things have been and have no reason for wanting to change anything.

He wanted leave clans nowhere were it mentioned about joining another. That's where the issue is.

Right fine have no transfer windows but players should not be allowed to just take it upon themselves to up and leave when they like. Makes a mockery of teams, the leagues and the League Runners.

There need to be some rules like when Chris ran them, he did a great job. All players knew where they stood and actually had some support and backing. Can't say the same atm, as there is none.
