Maybe looking for inspiration,
So I thought I'd make a point,
Coz this thread at the minute...is a farce!
Let's have some contributions,
Or feel my toe up yer

If tomorrow never happens
Today would never be
My children's lives unfolding
Are things I'd never see

If yesterday's forgotten
Everything is lost
Mistakes are only valid
When you remember what they cost

Many days have passed
Many more to come
Use every second wisely
Until your final one.

sitting here drunk as hell
i havent heard last orders bell
coz im at home its 1am
getting blitzed is my aim

il get to bed if i can make it
not befor i go pee n bloody shake it
mums going nuts in the morn
i drank her drink but ilv forgoten

il pay her back in ways men do
get up in the morn n spit n polish her shoes
maybe il do some DIY that gets points
like a DUI

im sitting here at 1;30
honest im not talking dirty
just sitting her feeling flirty
but my girls not so il just think

anyway if u read this

the memories of the night i got drunk
n found out i got a clan game with some poem punk

The past few days have been the worst
Shocking some might well just say
Would have been better to even curse

Thanks, been playing a bit more recently so who knows might play next season. It's easier to select others than sub myself out due to health issues, and the crap which comes with it.

it's amazing how many whingers there are,
the amount that they love to cry.

so for anyone out there with problems,
complaining I'd incorporate as the same,

What a joy, to read this thread,
I thought all the funky poets were buried and dead,
Thought I'd add a few words of my own,
Keeping this chirpy, not having a moan.

im_crap_adam, delighted to see a new name,
if i see ya online, wouldn't mind giving you a frame,
gaz, as always, lyrical genius as you are,
i always find your poems a tad bizarre

i always find a drink or two helps the words flow,
but not today, i haven't drank since a long time ago,
well, since last saturday, which is nearly a week,
i'm trying to be healthier, improve my physique.

thanks for reading, and i hope more people write,
just jot down some words, nothing is wrong or right,
so have a laugh, some banter and some criac,
or we will find Bobby Beale to give yer a whack!
