07:47 on Tuesday 9ballsniper posted they were out, this is Thursday, yesterday he posted saying "not yet", we were waiting to see what was happening, they now have a new captain and ready to get games played.

My personal opinion is that if a clan posts they are out they should be out, they shouldn't be allowed to mess other teams about ~ but i did also say chris will sort it out in which he has
Obvious they will continue? Though a league runner told me today they wouldn't be?

clans do deserve an explanation on thread at least as not everyone checks each thread as i can already see disagreements from the runners. You need to talk amongst yourselves then stick to your choice.
Usually if the runners post an official removal on this forum (not sure in this case) then no going back really. Messages shouldn't really count.
regardless of that clans involved should be notified especially when there are conflictions

Nice of you to give us some of your knowledge of clan league running lol
How can you see disagreements from the runners when we can't, I must have missed that bit lol
This is TCL and we don't want to see any clan fold, we didnt put TRO out the league so we didnt make any decision, even if we did, decisions can and will be overturned for the sake of common sense.

good stuff
the only problem i see is some decent players let down once more by some one who shouldnt be allowed anywhere near clans
there are players who i no in tht team who didnt even no the team had folded and asked me to explain how the captain could fold a team without any explanation to them
i said contact the league runners see if you guys could help

common sense prevails once more in this league

Lets say one runner messaged saying games are void 2 days before deadline then no notification to say play it would be the runner at fault if those went to default.
Not said clan should or shouldn't be in league just posting what i have read. Common sense should always prevail. Just saying it is easier to notify clans on their thread.
For what its worth you made the right choice.

I feel it is useful to contact the clan and try and resolve the issue they are having before just removing them. It can be similar to when someone deactivates for a day or two, just a moment of madness.
When sniper posted they were out for the FBL, I investigated the matter to see if anything could be resolved, and it was.

Yes i made the choice of saying i pulled out of the leagues, but had they checked first, as you did, it wouldn't have gone down that way, im not even bugged by that. It is the fact we werent notified..
Im done with the topic now.

The communal 'we' as in your replacement Captain was notified albeit only last evening when I managed to log-in briefly on my phone.
Regarding any games that might ultimately go unplayed by Sunday night's deadline, no opposing team will unduly suffer from anything that has happened regarding TRO's involvement /non-involvement in the league.
It is the fact we werent notified..
