Why dont you answer how someone can post themselves into a team and someone else out?
Usually a captain signs players and as you smart alecs just pointed out wisky007 is now the captain, he hasn't been on or decided that he wants to carry on in the leagues.
As sniper just said the last word from him was that he would be folding the clan so how can someone just move in and take over?
I'm not gonna get anywhere with this even though it's the stupidest thing I have seen in clans yet, but it is a total farce.

Hardly like there were a string of loyal players getting rolled over by not having a captain, half of them jumped ship before they even folded and there was hardly a big clamour from anyone to keep them going.
If it wasnt arranged with the league runners then just who did sign you and ask you to run them?

it does seem suspicious from a players point of view but i am not here to argue. If i left Snooker Squad mid season it would be suspicious too but like Pete said if he played us he would try just as hard to win and hopefully everyone is of the same nature.

from a runners point of view it is a good thing to keep clan going however two questions i would like to raise.

- shouldn't someone from team run the clan?
- it is only first fixture so would not do a great damage if they folded?

personally if TRO is that bad this early then how will it be in one months time? players point of view is to let them fold if no one within clan wants to take over since i would rather have reliable teams. At the same time if Sarah runs it at least the clan will continue instead of folding which from a runner point of view it is perhaps best way forward.

It is being run by people within the clan as per their team list and no it wouldnt do great damage if any clan folded at any time.

Point is James that nobody from the team added Sarah, she posted herself in and somebody else out and just took over, it's not her team to do that and it's not the league runners place to let someone take over a team that hasn't even been signed.
The last posts from team members said they wanted to fold, you cant just add yourself to a team...it's ridiculous.
The rubbish that she isn't captaining is just beyond laughable, she has posted the games and made all the subs in the time she has been there.

Its called trying to help out a team that was in trouble lee. No i havent taken over, but after talking to a lot of the players in the team , they were more than happy for me to help out and get them back on track.
maybe if more experienced clan members took a bit of time to help other teams, there might be more players wanting to play in clans, making the whole clan leagues a bit more fun , which surely is what it should all be about. When wisky comes back, if he wants to fold the clan then thats his choice , if he wants me to help then i will, but at least if they do fold i have spent a bit of my time helping a team that after speaking to the majority of the players, dont want to fold and want to carry on playing in the league.

The 'Captain' is deliberately not the role in The Clan League that it is elsewhere. That is clear in the rules and always has been.

You've left the rules so they dont cover any situation though chris so you can make them up as you go, but anyone can see how ridiculous this is.

Nobody from the team has even booted a player to make way for her.
If these are the rules then anyone can boot anybody from any team and take their place.

She has no right to just move in and take over someone else's team, why should their first 2 opponents get a totally different team and big default wins.
Sorry Saint Sarah but rules are supposed to be made for everyone to have an equal playing field, not made up as you go!
If you want to make a Sinners B team then you should wait until next season, fundamentals of the leagues have always been that captains, creators or vices sign players and decide what leagues they play in or if they can't do the job they hand it on or fold....nobody should get to just take over whoever they feel like.

No just to correct that - they are deliberately unrestrictive. That is something completely different.

Lets turn this the other way round to where the Captain is the only person that runs the clan as per the rules. They make the signings, post the ins/outs, select the team make all the subs, post them and make the tea (I will also add the 'Vice' under the generic term 'Captain' before anyone comes back and nitpicks).

At any point that the 'Captain' no longer logs in then as per those rules the clan can potentially no longer function other than to play any games already posted. Clearly that is ridiculous and a problem caused by rules that actually exist elsewhere.

Now here, common sense exists, as do rules where they need to. Ultimately as per the rules any change is subject to the League's decision on whether any abuse is taking place. There is none here. You cannot have rules that cover every single scenario on here and where its been tried is where the problems always are.

I have answered every point you make even when they change from one post to the next. One minute rules have been broken, the next they are being made up. One moment a member will select a weaker team against a previous clan, the next moment people might think that may happen.

The Clan League does not have secret hidden agendas in favour of any clan or individual nor does it have secret hidden agendas against any clan or individual.

If a captain stops logging in then a vice takes over, if the vice isn't up to running the clan then they either hand it on to someone or fold...quite simple.
You saying that you will use different rules for each seperate scenario is you admitting that you will be making up the rules as you go and that they won't be the same for each team or player.
You keep dodging the fact that nobody from the team signed Sarah and that the last words from the captain and vice were to fold, that hasn't changed for pages yet you would rather keep trying to divert onto rubbish.

Common sense is that nobody signed Sarah so she isn't part of the team
