Why not have a better advertisement , not like Facebook i mean links to help add the numbers together and total up a better game , the thing is i like longer tournaments not short ones cause everyone wants a competition maybe links would help that pop up , not to sure if it would work though

Have a fairly easy solution...."a team of players who prefer the old site" vs "a team of players who prefer the new site"... 10 players on each team, race to 5 in uk,us8, and straight. Winning team wins the site

its in our nature to moan and complain. we are never happy , but i hope the site reverts back to how it was a good few years ago. i might start playing alot more often again

only downfall for me is too many tournaments (not bothered if its ranked), yeah variety is good but you can have too much or be greedy.

One an hour is enough and at least then you can play some decent public games.

When tournaments was friendly (at least on Snooker) i found that players had more fun but when its ranked players take it more seriously even tapping for 20 minutes to bore the opponent.

few year ago a lot would enter tournaments and we found out who the best player is. nowadays sometimes you may see 3 or 4 entries, you can't find out the best player.

i know players have lives now but would this be one step towards gaining them back?

In reality the only way you would ever get back to having strong tournament entries would be if clans died.

I think most 'good' players see clan games as the major challenge on here now as they are regular opportunities to play similar opponents.

Looking back it was clans taking off that reduced tournament entries to start with as games began to be arranged during 'UK peak time' tournaments (in addition to what spinner says).

I think we need the return of rotating all tourneys again as i only get on around the same time, each time i log in its very boring to log on and see the bloody straight tourney , gives me the incentive to log straight back out again , it would be nice to play some UK tourneys but that's out of the question for me now

Agreed, I never get to play us8 tournaments anymore. The only tournaments I see when i log in are those arcade tournaments....aint nobody got time fo dat!

IMO arcade tourneys should be the micro tourneys, and I believe reverting back to the standard 24 hour schedule of the other tourneys would go a long long way to pleasing the majority of people on here - after all, that's what funkypool is all about. Don't see it happening anytime soon, if ever, however.

Why not just cast a simple vote? Mods and admins have ways of checking ip addresses so people can't just create multiple accounts to vote multiple times. If someone's caught voting more than once then just ban them.

I vote in favour of the old 24hr schedule

Oh, and the abolition of the arcade games... though i feel that might be stretching it a bit
