yeah that was my idea which i didnt know how to write it in English but i think giving a relation every day is not good, cause u can forget at caertain days, make it two or three times a week and it will be good
The issue I have is like the example I gave before...
What if UT had players on everyday of the fixture and their opponents don't, then on deadline day only 2 UT players made it on the their opponents had 3 on for the first time. I would have to award in favour of the opposing clan due to this fixed 1 moment I have to look at. If this happened I know for a fact mich, you would be unhappy with this decision.
What I was suggesting to someone else was to implement a set time for each night and open a killer thread. Clans should post a short update at 9PM each night and this means I can collect information over the course of a fixture in the event of a default as well as check it on that night. I know this involves a little extra work for clans but I think this is the fairest way to assess defaults over the course of the fixture.
If a clan fails to post, it will be noted as "no information submitted"

I will post a reminder each day on clan threads stating they need to submit their info.

Tcl's started counting matches instead of frames, fcl's raised the winbonus so as to make the frame count obsolete.
Please tell me the fbl's still gonna count frames!
All the leagues are turning into Micky Mouse cups!

Last time I checked the polls it was frames that was favourable so assuming that people keep voting for it then it will be based on frames

I was mistaken here, the tcl is counting gametype wins, not matches
Still not as accurate as frames, but not as flukey as matches or fixtures.
And the fcl hasnt definately rendered the frame count obsolete, just made it a possiblity.

i prefer mickey mouse cups tbh, its not all about Pros, SS, UT or Uprising although you would expect them to go through. It gives small clans a chance as well and to prove it works MVP really struggled in Cups but dominated the Leagues.

What would be your take on basing matches on how many games in the match were won (as opposed to frames). 1 point for a draw, 2 points for a win (with there being 8 matches). Another alternative i'm surprised hasn't been mentioned (or at least I haven't seen it).

Oh, in that case it's rubbish and we should never mention it again

lol
to answer your question, I think it's similar to what super league is doing with gametypes, slightly flukier(by this I mean a few more frames would go uncounted), but still a compromise between the 2 opinions.
I think it also, would prevent one fixture from deciding the whole season, just like going by frames or gametypes does.
Something else this idea makes me think of, Chris mentioned luck of the draw. When he said it, it was kinda off-subject because the 2 options being debated had no effect on the problem. But I think this may be one option where if used, really could exacerbate that problem.
He was also worried about people using swaps strategically to gain more points, I disagreed, when discussing frames or fixtures (the swaps wouldn't really have any effect on the total points awarded for either clan), but again, I think this may be one option where if used, that really would become a problem.

I think if a team gets within so many points of another team they should be given a bonus point if eg my team was 10 points down then fixtures over but if u have a chance of getting a point u would have something to play for
