I am prepared to back up and stand by any decision I make, I ensure I read everything and make the right decision, I have had no complaints about any of the default prediction I have made this season so I have confidence in myself.
and just wait until you start deducting points...
"you deduct from us but don't deduct from them??? The other week this other team did the same and they didn't get a deduction!! "
"we were way more active, how can you deduct from us?"
"Look at all our posts!! Can't believe you've deducted, I hate you!!!"
but gl!

Pop off with your Snooker
But then I would have to do that for defaults anyway

As much as it pains me to admit it.
Snooker do have killer games and defaults very well organised.
Can't understand why we are running with nothing in place other than someones interpretation.
Liker seb said on previous page it is easy to give the impression of trying without trying too hard when there are so many players involved
Never thought i would see the day that i would admit that snooker actually have got something right

Is it time we brought in a point system like football?
3 for a win 1 for a draw and 0 for loss?
That way frames still do count as Frame difference at the end of the season could decide the league altogether.
Oh been mentioned my bad.

I would like to point out this is pool not football

I would like to point out it favours the team who win the most (who deserve to win the league) rather than the team who wins less but by more points.

I agree with the football idea but i would give 2 points for a win, 1 for a draw and 0 for loss.
Frames for and against as in goals for and against.
Would make this league a hell lot more interesting.

I'm sorry I just read the snooker default system and I am not going to introduce a cut off point prior to the deadline for other games nor am I prepared to take into account that 1 point in time as opposed to the rest of the fixture.
If captains are not good enough to speak to their players + the other clan and organise something between them (and that could be out of a possible 32 players!) with a 2 week time span then they need to have a good look at their captaining skills.
As much as I am open to suggestions to improve the league that is definitely not something I would consider.

If you go back a page and read what erigert put, that is more the format I am leaning towards

But that still could mean that snooker squad for example could go the season unbeaten and still lose the league...

It is not going to be about fixture wins, it is about the collective scores of the entire clan over the whole season - frames is the key to better determining a winner

So a team can go the entire season unbeaten and not win the league... how is that fair?

But a scenario could arise that a team had more frames but less bonus points and lose that way...correct me if i am wrong.

Say snooker squad beat every team (exception of pros for example) 4-2.
And Pros beat every team 5-1
When they play each other snooker squad win the fixture/s by like 1 or 2 points.
Pros would still win the league despite being beaten in the fixture/s by Snooker squad and Snooker squad despite winning every fixture would lose the league.
I don't see how this is fair on Snooker squad who have not lost a fixture.

Not many people actually like the win bonus so if I scrap that then we are more likely to get a top spot clan losing to clans with more frames.
The best and fairest representation of a clan as a whole is to consider frames as the winning factor

Not really if you do the points system as myself and Seb I believe have both put forward... then it would be the fairest representation as it would reward those that win more fixtures.

Yes but no IMO, doing a league on that basis would suit a x4 fixture not x2 as it is from what is see.
