I don't know why but pm's don't "pop up" anymore for me, if somebody pm's me then it goes to bottom of screen toolbar? idk..but yeah i haven't made changes s idk why it doesn't pop up anymore good thing though

That would just be hard luck. If people are consistently losing connection, then they have more problems than losing 5 rankings points on funkypool.

Or just have a 'disable automatic win' option for all games when an opponent leaves?

I guess that would help, rather than just tournament games. I still think people should "lose out" if they insist on abandoning games.

How much of this increase is down to the current structure in terms of ranked/tournament/tournapoints is another discussion I guess.

i don't they still get a loss on profile, but on pool when someone leaves you play on until you miss and if you fail to get a 7 balling then its your fault, only thing what needs fixing is that if your on a 7 balling and you have a carry it stops after 1st miss but it should stop after 2nd miss.

on your example say your on 49 abandons throughout 49 years (1 disconnect a year) and that guy gets to 999.9 ranking and you get disconnected, how would it be fair to lose 5 points as you would need hundreds of wins in a row to get up there again.

i don't mind as i don't care for rank but for those virtuoso's who do it can cost them big time

You must have made changes. I have the same thing, but i went into options and clicked the little box so they go straight on the bottom bar thing, saves me getting distracted by them popping up which could cause me to miss a shot.

nick implemented it after i suggested it on snooker, it stops the "pm put me off" excuse and easier for mods

Fair point. However I don't think anyone or anything in the world would get very far with that thought process!!

It is not a suggestion I will fight tooth and nail for, though I think it would be a very worthwhile addition especially with the game as it is currently.

O'k now it's just annoying...you can ignore pm's...all this is causing is people to not know they have a pm at time's, and sometime's even don't know know i have a pm..becuase it doesn't come up now..

its just a random thing funky have decided to do, they do that to celebrate the runout or gb you get only works on practice table though

Messages - Why cant we have an option to save message as draft?
By which I mean for example lets say you were due to play a member in a team and you constantly posted on their thread for a sub etc, you could open a message and copy and paste the web address ie (http://www.funkypool.com/thread/18503/suggestions-simple) this for example, then it would be easy to submit default info if it was needed? if it doesnt? then just deleted.
