I don't believe there has been a rule break, but i do feel that rule 5.7 requires alteration/clarification.


I would like to suggest the following rule adjustment:

5.7 Swapping players
Captains may swap players within a match if one of the said matches have not been pre-arranged.

And the the following rule addition:

5.8 Pre-arranged games
Once a game between two players has been mutually agreed the meeting must be posted in the official League forum thread "Official Clan Pre-arranged Games".

And yet again you come back with dribble, clearly obvious to anyone with half a brain your post was aimed at me, I think quoting me and the use of the words you, you and you, made that obvious.
Funkypool forum posting rules are for everyone no matter what thread, and the FCL is no different, as for me naming and shaming please show me where.

Re 5.7 - it's irrelevant because you have unlimited subs subject to no approval. The swap just saves you making four subs in one hit.

5.8 - not sure you need it particularly when its not something that can be enforced if people don't comply.

Not so sure about that. I've been very inactive for last couple of week (as you can clearly see via my events).

Honestly I don't really know what all the fuss is about. Swaps were done to try and get games done. Whether or not it turned out in the long run to be the right decision is irrelevant, it was the right thing to do at the time to get a game done.

Mistakes happen (though I don't see how any have been made about from people constantly moaning on here) and you just deal with it.

Not everyone likes the rules 100%, same with anything in life, you just deal with it and get on.

(For the record I might be typing a bit off topic here, as I can not be bothered to go back and read through everyones rubbish)

Swaps are allowed in FCL, captains do not require permission of the other clan, if they think it will help them to complete clan games. In all 3 cases there was swaps yesterday it meant a game was completed. This is the whole point of swaps. Why do we need any rule to check if it is ok to do it, if it gets games played it is a great rule. Also, as per other posts i am more than happy for any MVP player to play any player from any other clan we are a team where we are all equal.

I again suggest that you look after Team Angry, mr ipotalot and i will look after MVP.

egotistical_ has been 5 days offline now, surely you have more need organising a sub than complaining about getting games played, because that is one game that can not get played as it stands

You're talking rubbish MVP obviously knew the game was arranged and they were making the other one more difficult to complete by doing the swap and the swap wasn't done in the spirit of the rules is my opinion alan!! stick it in your pipe and smoke it or don't I don't care, i moved on over 24 hours ago, you just keep carrying on.

No defaults in either league in 3 seasons...you will get a sub with a ridiculous amount of time to spare if necessary as everyone does with us

Sorry chris, are you saying that rule 5.7, as it currently stands on the fcl website, is not a current rule for season 16?

Regarding 5.8, would it not be just as enforceable as rule 5.1 (Informing the League hosts)?

No, he just means that it's unnecessary, since unlimited subs are allowed anyway.

Right, but my suggestion has no bearing on how many swaps/substitutions are allowed. I was merely suggesting a way that would prevent pre-arranged games from being broken up.

The current 5.7 just confirms you can switch two players rather than have to do it through the use of subs.

I tried to arrange 4 times each time before I could play any game a diff player was subbed in. Unfortunately I just had to grin and bare it!

Trouble is pot your rule is unenforcable I'm afraid.

More enforceable would be what james said about limiting subs and swaps in the first week
