the way decisions have been arrived at ,,,,,, then over turned where the rules clearly state decisions are final.....

all im saying is the rules are already there and applied correctly with a couple of tweaks wouldve sorted most of this seasons problems.....

mostly common sense,,, it dosnt need a big overhaul just adhere to the rules ,,,,,

one thing I would suggest however is, if a player completes his game in the timescale he should be rewarded with 1 additional point,,, this rewards the players ,,,, current system the whole team is penalised for one game going to default. This will show reliable players, the one game that goes to default or games ,, loose one point, and then default panel will then consider why the outstanding game games wernt played and decision made

Dgen mate, couldnt we run that system along side the current system, meanin at the end of the season we could fine the number 1 clan overall and still have the frames total for the 2 divisions...not sure that made sense but it did to me :S

meanin 2 divisions based on frames as it is now, and a seperate one for the scoring system you mentioned

you could do but so much to talk about, if its 1st 100 2nd 75 etc then should division 2 have less as division 1 has the best clans (9 times out of 10) or should it be done on what points you finished on.

e.g. MVP finish on 800 points in division 2
Shooters finish on 750 points in division 1

because it would have been points you finished on it would be MVP first and Shooters second, If its set points you could even do it for the Cup (maybe 50% less than what you would get at end of season) e.g. Winner 50, 2nd 35, Semis 20, Quarters 10, 1st Round 5.

possibilities are endless as you could do it for individuals as well (Golden Cue, Individuals etc) but individuals is more work

ahh yeah i see where your coming from mate, would be alot to sort then, then more arguments about div 2's scoring, as someone will always consider it wrong no matter what. But if clans stuck around long enough, the divisions would equal itself out anyway after a couple seasons. but i cant see that happenin either

somethin like that though might be worth givin it a go if league runners dont mind spendin some time on workin the sytem out properly, includin the cup might be a nice way to go also

dgen sounds complicated m8 just leave it how it is, we all no who is the best clan in the leagues at the moment, its not the clan its the players .

i think more should be done towards indiv leagues and golden cue make it exciting, this season has been my most boring as leagues never updated and indiv league werent updated for time, golden cue was non existent till u done it.

next season should focus more on the little stuff, get that right then move on to bigger things.

why is everyone scared of playing mvp lol i think you all put yourself down with no chance before you start every one makes mistakes

I dont think thats the case Rick, , we've had a few scares this season, some opponents have played excellent and won their fixtures against us, a few clans have made it tough in the league and Shooters definately aint scared of us, they have a cracking team there and have made it tough in the Cup, Hopefully we will clinch that now but its not been easy.

rankings would look like this...

MVP 650
Shooters 500
Dogs 500
Snooker 400
Angry 250
TPA 150

Option 2 (without Cup) would be do it on points scored in a season so...

How can anyone in the 2nd division be ranked above anyone in the first? You've played worse teams all season and you forgot to add 'The Defaults' they should be above snooker squad

Because the teams in division 2 are less good players (in theory) so their wins are no less valuable.

Yeah it's supposed to be ranking clans obviously clans in the first division were higher ranked in that season than the ones in the second division.
Don't see the point of it anyway
