If he was kicked as far as i am aware you should be able to sign him.
But dgen is saying new rule which i have no idea when it was agreed, hopefully common sense prevails and league staff go back to the old rule which has worked for years as if he was kicked out this lad should deffo be allowed to play in another clan.

23:56 Thu 8 Dec 11 (GMT) [Link] well I voted against it and the clan I play for have no competition with your clan, so you can't say Seb is voting against you because he is in competition with you as other people who aren't in competition with you agree with him. The completion bonus SHOULD only be awarded to teams who COMPLETE ALL the matches.

You must have got wrong copy of rules dgen, rule has always been very clear.
If released by a clan you can play for another one.
If you choose to leave a clan through your own decision you cannot play for any other clans for the remainder of that season.
I am sure there are plenty who can back me up on this.

At the moment, only 2 out of 6 people are for the bonus.
Anyway, I can't give opinions on defaults anymore with more craig, spoonie, and ab at one point or another today saying that I'm biased.
I'm out of the defaults team on the FCL and on FBL.
