yeah but what about players who do nothing wrong and kicjed cause cap dont like them that means players sit around bord and could leave game as alot come on here for fcl and fbl

if kenny's proposed change is to be voted on in our forum, i would vote no, re-introduces ways to get around poaching mid-season and re-introduces a form of bullying captains into releasing players.
Messes up teams halfway through a season, we all know that messing up teams leads to defaults and defaults leads to arguements.

Can't poach players as player has to be released why would you release a player for no reason or because he asks to be. If he asks to be released...say no. If he then says he doesn't want to play for you and leaves he cannot play for any other clan for the rest of the season.
I vote to update rule to what it always should have been

Snooker has a transfer window in middle of season.
2.7 Player transfers
The league officially begins with Fixture 1. At this point players must stick with their clan. Transfers are only allowed during a 1 week transfer window later in the season. If a player transfers before the transfer window, they will not be eligible to play until after the transfer window.
After the transfer window, no further transfers are allowed.
There is no transfer window for Cup Games. Once a player plays in a cup fixture, they may not play in the cup for another clan.
2.7.4 Loans
Clans that are struggling to survive may loan players from other clans.
This is only a temporary condition and can only be used in absolute emergencies for the purpose of preventing a clan from going under. It allows the captain to sign new players for the next fixtures.
Loans must be approved by the clan runner as well as the captains of the clans involved in the loan.

i agree with the poaching and leaving but what about players that get asked to leave that not there fault so a player plays for guns we release him cause he looses and a better players comes along so the poor player i released cant play else where thats really harsh.

So top_guns fold due to lack of players and there is a perfectly good player who got ko from his team, how is this rule helping the league?
If a player asks to leave clan say no. (So this cannot cause poaching)
If i want a player to leave i say you are out and he can then play for anyone else. (Lets players who get ko from a clan play for others, it might not be his fault that he left so why should he not play?)
Lets be fair to players so guys who want to play, can play

i like the loan idea.. gets rid of the "what about if a clan is going to fold due to lack of players"

Feel free as stated previously take the 10 points back i really do not mind, i just find it laughable that MVP can get punished for a game that would have been completed and wasn't due to no fault on out part. If punishing MVP for the 10 bonus points make the league happier please do it.

these are too big of changes to make half way through a season, i would still vote NO to changing the poaching rules or whatever kenny is suggesting.
