Players who are kicked out or asked to leave should be free agents.

If a player approaches any captain to be released he should either stay where he is for the season and not allowed to leave or leave and not play for anyone else as it is his choice then. A player who is asked to leave by a clan it is not his choice so why punish him.

1 month rule was originally 2 months, things has improved.

the transfers isn't a new rule it is an ancient rule what i missed out.

I agree with what spoonie said people will abuse the rule like they did last season

They can only abuse them if captains are weak and release them. If they don't they either play where they are or don't play for the rest of the season.

horse an instance of this happening was yetti he hasnt played a game for tpa in fbl..... rick held on to his registration till the season started and released him ne hasnt been able to play fbl all season because of tht rule

I am against it as have been a victim in the past of players who have been in talks with captains of other clans which i was unaware off...then the player comes to me saying i cant be bothered with this game anymore, not got the time blah blah blah etc, they get released from the clan on this fact only to show up on another clans team sheet 3 days later. So i say no.

Can i suggest staffie_man puts forward the player in question to league staff and they can check with old clan why he was released if it was a clan decision rather than the man, can they look into and see if the player deserves to get a chance to play for top_guns or not.

if I remember some1 said no last season and all that person had was a number of people on at them to release them from a number of clans which isn't worth the stick they got. So people use bully tactics to try and force them to release players.

Don't release them unless you want them to leave your clan its very straightforward.
