You don't get the completion bonus for bad sportsmanship. You get the default points (which they did and everyone agreed).

i have a disscussion
a player was booted from there clan weeks ago so i thought we had a deactivator why could we sign them to get told not till end of season thats so unfair on players who been asked to leave there clan means they cant join anyone, this needs to be looked at.

These are on Saturday the third in uk time so i am not sure if this is because of time difference you see Friday.

i think part of the argument of some people saying no is that it didn't come under Refusal/Deactivation or a Ban.
i said yes because of the tournament and offline about 4 days from what i read

reasons like this is why it is vital for information from both teams to be sent to us and also for us to check it out.
not calling anyone a liar here by the way but i learned a valuable lesson.

No, the completion is not given just because someone wanted to play a tourney. But I think we've all presented our views enough on this topic.

i not trying to argue seb i just saying from my view it was our players fault. maybe should award a half bonus for issues like this.
un sportsman conduct is going on to much.

i think the main issue atm with the defaults, is for teams to have the back up information ie. offline messages, team thread posts to show that they have made every effort they can to get the game played, if players that offline messages and any other info need to be kept , incase the game does go to default, if they dont it is their own fault for losing points .

As far as i am aware if the player was released you are free to sign him, need proof from captain of clan he was in that he was released or kicked out. If he left through his own choice you can not sign him and player needs to wait till next season.
Thats my understanding of rules but i am sure dgen will clear it up.

I'm fed up with all this arguing, turning into a farce, this is what happens when you have Captains having a say in defaults and what their closest rivals should and shouldn't get, they will obviously try to look after their own clan, all this over 10 points, take them back if it means that much to you, not sure I even want them now, the clan leagues supposed to be fun and it sure doesnt feel like that at the moment.

as for a clan member leaving a clan match to play a tourny, i would think the captain would have to think about that player remaining in the team

true i actually missed this when rewording the rules from daves site at start of the season but people are fed up of me changing things during the course of the season so unless majority of people wanted it changed then i can't change during a season
sorry mate maybe something for the new runners to look into.

I just don't see the relation between unsportsmanlike conduct and the completion bonus. Two completely separate things.
To punish unsportsmanlike conduct, we have the default points (which they got), we have warnings (don't think that happened). The completion bonus is for getting your games completed.

nah you miss the entire season, i meant to reword the rules but i missed it and when season started i couldn't change it.
