The only times that completion bonus should need league team input are when games have started and then don't get games completed for whatever reason. 8 fixtures in a set if 7 games get played and 1 goes to default there is no completion bonus unless a clan can provide extremely one sided information as to why the 8th fixture wasn't played as if subs, swaps etc are used it should have been played in the first place.

The problem arises when 7 games are played and the 8th game has started, if a player leaves a game after it has started or deactivates under current rules we cannot sub or swap a player in his place this means unless the original 2 players finish the remaining games would go to default. If there is reasonable evidence that one of the players caused the game to not be completed (examples: deactivates, inactive after game starts, leaves for a tourney) then the bonus is awarded to the other team.


I suggested before the season started that we allow on games that have started where a player leaves or deactivates that the clans involved can use subs to get games completed. If we change this rule so we can do this we can then only give completion bonuses to clans who finish all 8 games completely and we would have no reason to debate events like this. Clans would have no excuses for all games not being fully completed.

same here but whats done is done. perhaps in future we need to look at the results and events page of all people in defaults (it only lasts 4-5 days but its a start) so this cannot arise again.

You can't blame Seb for wanting to look after his own clan but this looks like a very obvious case of the rules are going against us in this case so lets change them.

sounds good but should the match be replayed from scratch? otherwise you could get a weak player deactivate on purpose then get a robot to get rest of the frames?

i think if this did get implemented (not by me as i won't be here next season) then it should only happen in a case of refusal/ban/deactivation.

Can whoever sent the default info to dgen on behalf of MVP explain the reason for the misinformation?

Saying that skiller10 was absent and then reappeared 2 hours before the deadline is just an outright lie.

Surely the better player would have been in the starting line up anyway but even if not, it is a clan game and i have stated plenty of times it shouldn't matter who plays as long as games get completed, i would have no problem if i was playing snooker and a player deactivated and it was you seb that finished the game off, i would prefer this to getting all remaining points in default. I know its a bad example as i wouldn't be getting a 'better' player as replacement but its the best i can come up with as an example just now

I think this is too open to abuse, lose a few frames, deact, new player subs in, game starts afresh, loses a few, deacts....

so say hardy for instance deactivated at 1-0 down whos to say that destiny would win 14 frames and then hardy reactivated straight after. surely it would be unfair?

Lol you will say he was active now, he disappeared for days logging in during the middle of the night we could all do that if we want to hide.

If destiny is in that clan why not, he could have played in fixture as a sub anyway, only difference is he is a sub at 1-0 down

we aren't having that rule surely, thats just borderline ruining the whole point.. letting people sub in half way through games.
