Im thinking you don't understand the FCL rules.

They shouldn't be on the teamlist before the fixture starts as under the FCL rules no player can be registered untill their account is 1 month old. so basically when their account becomes 1 month old they are actually a new registered player.

I'll tell you what, you do what you want with the rules and i'll read them once all the changes are made and we'll just get on with it.

course i understand the rules my idea to people was to change it, of course it stands for these friendlies.

frankly i don't mind which way we go as it was bugging me for a long time and thought id ask if people wanted it changed or not.


your making it out like im rules mad or something, it was an idea, if majority want it then i can't see any harm changing it if majority doesn't want it then i won't change it.

don't forget what i said i want league to be based on ideas and feedback to make it better.

I do understand the current rules, but think they should be changed to provide an even playing field for all players.

Example, just so you know what I mean:

My account is 25 days old. I join the clan now. The new fixture starts tomorrow.
I am not allowed to be entered into a fixture yet, because I am not yet eligible.
After 6 days (when my 1 month is up), I can be subbed in if needed. At this point I'm eligible.

I totally understand the change you want to make, doesn't mean I have to agree with it. at the end of the day your the league runners and if thats what you want to do thats up to you, Im just wondering how many more rules will be getting changed.

anyway its your opinion obv entitled to it and i highly doubt James will disregard it, so keep your opin and stick to it, some people may feel similar but my opinion is that most will go for the change

Am I silly (probably your all mostly thinking yes) but I thought, you weren't allowed to even be in a clan til your account is at least 1 month. If that means you miss out a fixture by 1 day, then you'll just have to wait 2 weeks.

It would mean that a player who is below 1 month can join a clan, but is not eligible to play yet (you can mark it on the website by putting the date or changing the color or something).

That player would become eligible to play when his account is a month old AND the fixture set after he joined the clan.

Check out my example a few posts ago. You can't join in the middle of a fixture, then become eligible and play. You would have to join the fixture before.

if your in teamsheet before fixture start (always been fine with jan and it is for me long as we know who isn't eligible)

then soon as month is up you can play even if you have to wait until last day of deadline

if they aren't in teamsheet before fixture teamsheet deadline then they miss the fixtures until they get put in (quarantine would still stand)

But thats the rule. 1 month, until you can join a clan. A punishment for deact'ers, and gives newbies time to get used to the site and the rules.

always been like it ever since Jan ran it 3-4 seasons ago.

But it's never been in the rules though.

1.8 Quarantine for new signings
Only players (user names) who are registered for a clan at the time each fixture is published may play games in that fixture. Any player that joins the clan after this point is not eligible to play until the following set of fixtures. Note that this means players changing their user name are also not eligible to play until the next set of fixtures.

Your not allowed to join a clan unless your account is 1 month old.

we always allowed them to put in teamsheet as they know they can't play them until month is up, that won't change thats why i presented my idea what was bugging me.

Yes, that's the thing I'd like to see changed. You should be able to join the clan, but not be eligible to play until the month is up.

That way, everyone can play after their month is up (assuming they've joined a clan). Currently, some players are banned for 6 weeks instead of the 4.

Exactly thus why they are not registered at start of that fixture set so exempt from selection until next fixture set. This rule was introduced way back in about season 3 or 4 and no one has complained until now.
