id like to log an official complaint regarding naming clan players before the end of the season

how long is this going to go on before the league runners stamp this out

The players named themselves and you even told them to post on our thread instead of yours and have openly said on your thread they are going at the end of the season so stop throwing your toys out of the pram.

there isnt much we can do when people name themselves as its down to them not the captain.

its only breaching the rules if the captains name their players as we have seen far as i know anyway.

im not sure if captains giving permission counts or not but will try and find out.

this rule does need looking at and the releasing rule.

maybe a 1 week transfer window in middle of season like seb suggested? that way for only 1 week you can move to what clan you want to without consent.

and none of this captain releasing thing, if they leave inbetween transfer depending on WHEN they leave they could miss half the season or longer costing them the chance for golden cue.

They post their dedications on our page like they are told to and you complain we're naming players lol

They announced themselves craig and approaching players in clans is not against the rules as you know. They aren't footballers under contract and they don't get a salary...please drop it

poaching is one thing, naming is another.

poaching is legal while naming is not.

about poaching

poaching is simply asking someone to join a clan, its up to the player to decide then up to captains if they want to let that player go.

ang asked, person said yes, you havent released him fair enough thats your call and you have every right to keep him until end of season.

i will say this though, for those that are thinking of leaving please message your captain your plans as this may cut more arguments out.

as me and seb in snooker squad, told our captain our plans which the captain was ok with then let that clan know so we could be named.

about naming

i read the thread and harry named himself into team angry next season which its harrys fault not the team.

if ang posted a teamlist with harry in it then fair enough (as she didn't have your or vices permission to do so) its against rules.

until this is changed id like you all to follow what i said above.

Thats the first post I can see on the matter in the Team Angry thread... He's named himself there. There's nothing in the rules against 'poaching' - only a clan naming a player, not the player naming himself

If the player wants to, he can leave the clan and not be able to play until next season, regardless of what the clan says (I don't think the circumstances of a player just wanting to move clans is a good enough reason to move clans mid-season so I would say shooters are right to not release him)

Its up to the player to tell his clan he is leaving, whether he does it mid-season or at the end, it is crucial for him to tell them before posting elsewhere - so the clan can replace him/her

The clan a player moves from doesn't deserve to find out by looking on another thread

All spot on zant and in this case craig was well aware they were leaving and even told them to post on the team angry thread if they were going to dedicate wins to us.

1.4 Player transfers
Players may change clans during seasons, if and only if the captain of their former clan explicitly releases them by posting in the team changes thread. This must be posted by the captain themselves, someone else posting "he/she said so and so" will NOT be accepted. A player signing for a new clan during a season is still subject to quarantine rule 1.8.

hes had experience on other names aka no_talking but im not sure if hes done a full season under this new name.

They shouldn't be able to with him as there captain... but he could be a vice to any of the team who have a played a season can't he?

If you're making people stay till the end of the season and they are respecting that and playing their games why treat them like that?
