FBL is just going by the same rules that have always been so not that hard to work out.
It's FCL that added a strange little transfer window after pre-season friendlies.
Players have always stopped being free agents before the pre-season friendlies before, just need to get them released.

this is supposedly a responsible captain , all i wanted was a simple yes or no, he hasnt answered

so now i ask how is a captain of a clan allowed into this league without 1 seasons experience or even completing a season, supposedly a necessary requirement for admission into this league

how has he been allowed to do this, without a seasons experience as a player let alone a captain
