I've not owned this thread in a while and my main man has asked me to post to get us kicking back in, so this one's for you Gaz!

His poems are insane,
He gets blood pumping through the veins.
They can be sometimes tedious,
But he's a lyrical genious.
His insults are slick, they make you feel small,
His comebacks are quick, they come at you like cannonballs.
I've known him a long time, it's been a rough ride,
He used to pack fudge, but doesn't bat for that side!
He's my Irish mate from across the way,
Love the guy to bits, nothing more to say.
But because it's a poem and I know I owe him,
I'll spend a little more time, on completing this rhyme.

First time I played him he gave me a thrashing,
It was so bad my confidence took a bashing.
He's a great player with a personality to match,
Such a shame there are so few in that batch.

My poems are normally about drugs and alcohol abuse,
But this one's all yours, Gaz, put it to some use.
He's always keepin' 'er lit, and sticks around for the crack,
When you get to know this guy, ain't no turning back.
His head's swelling right now but he's not one to boast,
Everyone raise your glasses for Gaz and let's make a toast!
