Halloween

witches and vampires walking the streets,
clubbing in town or eating our sweets
but i spent mine a little different this year
wired up in hospital from drinking some beer!

now i know what your thinking, oh serves the fat right,
but i wasnt even smashed, i wasnt all night.
a house party it was, with decorations to please
skulls and skeletons hanging, was totally at ease

3am came and still going strong, i planned to get undressed
and flash my ding dong,
upstairs i went, like a giggling kid,
had a quick tinkle and downstairs i flid,
but all of a sudden the stairs were no more
as i fell from the top, to the bottom of the floor

today i say was rather tough,
even though, from work i'm off
sortin presents for christmas time
strummin guitar to pass the time.

went to buy a rabbit hutch
card wouldnt work....had i spent too much?
cash machine was kind and filled
gave the money for the hutch to build.

DIY aint many's favourite hobby
at times of success it makes me jolly
it never works 1st time you try
and even sometimes it makes me cry

got it done
was well pleased
made some dinner
spuds and peas
kids in bed
beer on tap
now just writin
lots of crap

my bed now calls
for me to lie
so soon my friends
i will say goodbye

she feels that she may well be dead,
