I gave a huge smile instead of a sigh

I love it so much when people post here
Cos his thread to me is so sincere

read them all no matter what
I'll even read back if ive forgot

Not one poem or rhyme ive missed
Theres none that ive ever dissed

I read them if they're short or long
Please keep this thread going strong

It starts with a mild lullaby
That quite puts me to sleep
Shortly I'm in slumber
And I won't give a peep
It is keyed in C minor
It's the breathy sort of tone
Though it does seem a trifle dull
And now a monotone
But as you'll see, no man can stay
For long, composed and calm
And in a jiffy second
I am taken by alarm
The lullaby quite suddenly
Turns into a sonata
And what ho! now crescendo playing
The all-time great Grenada
You must wonder where this betides
This all-free entertaining

As I start to think what to write
I get a tiny fright
Thinking what I'm going to say
As I click on the game to play
Sat here watching the telly
What's that sound? It's my belly
Pot that 9 ball what a shot
That went well to stop the rot
Now this is the end of my rhyme
That is the end of my time

2 girls they got a rabbit each
they loved them oh so much
1 named susan the other was bella
and both were tame to touch

for 6 weeks now....they've lived at ours
the girls they squeal and shout
and some nights there's a rabbit loose
coz someone let it out.

this may not seem too interesting
but wait we had a shock
2 female rabbits we had thought
how wrong just let me talk

the girls went out to feed them
at lunchtime yesterday
bella was getting a 'piggy-back'
and there was movement in the hay!!

we've now got baby bunnies
and an extra hutch for 'bella'
who simply must have all the bits
associated with a fella!

some have said they want 1
for their little girl or boy
others said just drown them
my girls would be annoyed

for now we'll let them grow a bit
and c wot we will do
make some kiddies happy
or even make a bob or two.

Another day passes and still no snooks,
Another day spent reading some books,
Look at the forums, they're going off their heads,
Game Queries full of server threads,
As the minutes and hours begin to mount,
There is a real danger they forget how to count,
They may say that snooker does rule,
But at least we can still shoot some pool
