Tell me, what's under an Irishman's kilt?
Is it an item to cause him some guilt?
When your outdoors, does it get a bit breezy?
When windy and wild, does it get a bit sleazy?
Whether an old guy, or some well-built hottie,
Does winter wind makes bumps all over his body?
Well, that is my guess, in an Aussie lilt.
As I still do not know what is under that kilt!

The Beer Prayer !

Our lager,
Which art in barrels,
Hallowed be thy drink.
Thy will be drunk, (I will be drunk),
At home as it is in the tavern.
Give us this day our foamy head,
And forgive us our spillage,
As we forgive those who spill against us.
And lead us not to incarceration,
But deliver us from hangovers.

i fear there's no kilt
on my person my dear,
i'd have to be intoxicated
with plenty of beer!
coz i ain't got the balls
and i aint got the legs
they say they've seen better
hangin out of a nest!

so i'm not wearin a skirt
not for anyone
not even at disney
where my girls will wear one
so you'll just have to wonder
and fantasize my dear
about hippes in a skirt
sitting lookin sincere

I've hurt my knee and now it's sore.
Never felt pain like this before,
Went to hospital to see what I'd done,
3 hours I waited and that aint fun,
Took me through to give me an x-ray,
"You've damaged your cruciate" the Doc did say,
So I've to take it easy and do nothing but rest,
In a couple of weeks I'll be back to my best

Hippes that face > isn't sincere,
My quest for the truth will not end here.

For i need to know , if its myth or a fact
that men go commando under that tartan crap.
I shall find a Scotsman , that has no shame
maybe he can show me, and make my day !!!

the only way donna you'll find out for sure,
is by doing summit to make you impure,
and the idea that ive had is for in fact,
to wear a scots kilt, while he's in it, as a hat!

When i left that little title
I didnt know how you'd re-act

They bring a smile to my face

oh gawd how ive missed ya's
as ive been on holiday,
came back to norn iron,
to the weather sooooo grey!
but wow wot a hol
disney for the kids,
except for the fact
that i lost loadsa quids!

it's been nearly a week!!!

Lonely

How does it feel to be lonesome
wondering what you will become
this is a pondering thought
something that could never be bought

why is something so terrible
so common and horrible
why are people lonesome
why do they feel boredom

nobody cares about them
all we want is a perfect gem
the people are left alone
because we all have no backbone

so the next time you see someone sad
go and do something to make them glad
dont make them feel distant
because they are not the resistant

If you see a person crying
dont run and start buying
say hello to them to make them feel better
because you wouldnt want to be alone and wetter!

football

all this sport is, is men in shorts
people supporting different teams
all having separate thoughts
not dodging any beams

all going after 1 insignificant ball
banging their heads against a wall
why is this sport so popular
the sport is shown quite regular

people booing chanting and shouting
all each other do is aload of jousting
it i mainly played on grass
and definately not made of brass

why do people get into fights
all they do is pick up sausage rolls and take huge bites
all playing to be the top
when all they is is mainly flop

people spending Huge amounts of money
and not even buying any honey
why do epeople pay so much
to watch men trying to be butch?

it aint the beginning and end i firmly believe
but the passion and desire for yer team to do well
is all part and parcel defeats cause pure hell

yes it's only a game and is over in a flash
the excitement and fury in which it's played is just class
some women understand and others cannot see
why the simple game of football means so much to you and me......

Football is called the Beautiful Game,
Sometimes it's rough, sometimes it's tame,
Every week they gather round,
Singing and chanting, oh what a sound,
A cheer for a goal, a boo for a foul,
A mistake by the Ref and they start to growl,
Teams try so hard to avoid slip-ups,
That will lead them to win many cups,
Whether red or blue or green or gold,
They're followed with passion by young and old,
Happiness, drama, sadness and strife,
The tension can be cut with a knife,
So this is my poem about the world of football,
