They both get drunk on saturdays
And are always in a state

Broken Promises

True colours always surface in the end,
through generations they transcend.
excuses roll off your tongue so eloquently
they almost sound real.
Once I was naive, now i see sense,

Happy Valentine's Day!

There's a boy that i know, one that i adore so,
This special boy, he makes my heart glow,
So fnnny and sweet, and clever he is too,
Always great company, no matter what we do,
People say commercial and cliche' is Valentine's day,
But also today your feellings you can say in the cheesiest of ways,
This quick little poem i thought i would write,
Somewhere this boy would easily sight,
Wonderful and amazing words can't describe,
To spend more time with him, everyone i would bribe!
Hours and hours i can spend with this guy,
Yet our time together often flies by,
I really hope that he'll always be mine,
And maybe today he'll also be my valentine?..

The Bronze Aussie Male
He's standing there with pie and sauce
And dribbling in a Four-X beer,
His beer-gut is on show of course.

In sweaty singlet, thongs, and shorts
(That hang half-mast on Aussie cracks)
He checks out all the real good sorts -

So throw a shrimp on the barbie mate,
Exaggerate the hunting tale,
It's time to top another crate -
Typical sun-bronzed Aussie male.

Some common- sense.. .humility...
A brain .... give 'im another ale;
A legend in his own mind, he -
Typical useless Aussie male.

He'll solve all of the country's woes,
And dream up schemes of dodging tax,
And clean the jam between his toes -
It's clearer still just what he lacks:

Good manners, hygiene, etiquette;
Bull-dust and bull-sh@t still prevail;
But oh! he is loveable yet -
Typical wonderful Aussie male.

An englishman
Is a very nice fellow
Brainy and funny
And ever so mellow

Unlike the aussies
Were nice and all right
We don't have much sun
So were a little bit white.

Were not into barbies
More afternoon tea
And were more intelectual
Than the avarage aussie

This is a poem for a man of mine
My real life lover not some dude online
Tho he wont read it i want you to know
Just what he means oh i love him so

Together for years tho once he did cheat
He's changed a lot my heart still skips a beat
He's showed me the best week ever so far
It started on Fri when he pulled up in his car

Out came the roses, perfume and choc
Then on our door he gave a loud knock
Arms full of prezzies and all just for me
They all got plonked on our settee!!

Pack your bag babe, were away a few days
The look on my face was of total amaze
Work was informed as was mum and dad
T'was a nice surprise so i wasnt mad

To a hotel room is where i was led
Rose petals were scattered the on bed
Champagne? well that was chillin in ice
Bathroom so huge and jacuzzi was nice

I had such a good time alone with him
Our time there wasnt certainly dim
This was no tacky all week fling
It ended with me wearing an eternity ring
