Here's a poem, from me to you,
A little poem about doing work that i don't want to,
Lazing about is all i really want to do,
As i wonder where did my holidays all get to?
No more time to sit here all day,
I have to go do work, where i get no pay,
Eight and a half hours of being on my feet constantly,
And the whole time i think, why aren't i free?
Free to stay home and watch tv,
Instead i whinge like a child, oh my, why me?
The holidays have gone, no more fun to be had,
Thinking about the early mornings just make me sad,
This poem's not good, some work i should do,
So for now, i do bid you adieu.

Be gentle with me please, this my 1st ever attempt at a poem


Paula wants us all to write a poem
The words to put together, I don't know 'em
I would ask a friend to help write one so fine
But I know that the work wouldn't be mine

I'm not a born poet like PPPaula
Or whatever name you might call her
She makes it seem easy the words to rhyme
But she keeps me up well after my bedtime

So for now I leave the poems to you lot
And I'll go and play "Who's geeky or hot?"
I'll go on other forums or practice my aims
My favourites are Gen Chat & Fun and Games

He said nice things to make me smile
But his words were hollow all the while
I thought our love was as good as the best

He broke my heart like all the rest!
