Channel 4 reporter at a press conference asking an Olympic representitive whether she was ashamed with China's human rights record during the games. Many people have been arrested for expressing themselves. An ITN reporter was arrested for filming a protest and was "ruffed up" by police.

Another Chinese campaigner and her friends keep being arrested and beaten for applying for the right protest. Although the people have been told they can protest so long as they apply through right channels (much like Britain) whenever they do apply they're told to go away and are then subjected to beatings and police intimidation.

Bolt was every sense in the word. First time I've seen him run live. Amazing - he's got to win the gold. Although I said that about Powell last time........ Gotta break the world record!!

Britain are guarenteed another two medals tomorrow in the yachting or whatever, just depends on which one. (Gold/Silver)

i tought bolt that :D im also 6"5 so it helps alot now i just have to get his tactics from my tactics and ill be running for gold for GB soon enough already am running around the 12.2 mark

At my last sports day i ran 12.55 yet the person i was half a second ahead got 12.16 so i really do not know where i stand time wise lol. when they gave my time everyone was like wtf is wrong with u (at the teacher).

12.2, no offence but you are 16 and should be running at least 10.3, 10.4 mark if you want as you say gold, i mean to be 2.5 seconds off the world record is a hell of alot in the running world!

2.5 is alot yes but my reaction time stinks lol prfessional athletes are around 0.16 im way off with around 0.94
