Another draw for Saints yesterday...we really need to turn those into wins. Excellent free kick from Celtic loanee Graham Carey for the goal. Both goalkeepers were fantastic.

Big match next week for St Mirren, away to Falkirk. A win would have us six points clear going into the split, a draw would be three points clear, defeat would mean we'd be joint bottom (depending on Kilmarnock results).

What a result for Ross County!

I'd love to have been a staggie today, it's unthinkable how great they must be feeling right now. It's everything Celtic deserve for hounding out Strachan, and as for County, it's been one hell of a year for them.

St Mirren lost 2-1 to Falkirk, and it's safe to say we are going down. No fight, no scoring ability, and a crap split run in. Looks like we'll be heading to Dumfries, Fife and Dingwall more regularly from now on instead of Aberdeen, Perth and Lanarkshire.

What a Result for Ross County indeed.

Worst loss in Celtics history considering what was at stake.
Should be a cracking final.

Yoda the saints aren't down yet, plenty of time to recover.

Celtic have been good for laughing at this season

Also, well done to Dundee United. Both sides deserve to be in the final, especially as they both did the business of denying the old firm their places in the final. Unlucky for Raith though, better luck next time.

And trust me, we will go down. Kilmarnock will be saved by the fact that Aberdeen and St Johnstone, their main sources of points, failed to make the top 6. Falkirk are a team with fight, and they will defeat the Dons as well. As for us...Aberdeen and the Perth Saints are our bogey teams, we haven't scored against Hamilton in four attempts, leaving us a tough away game to Falkirk (we have 7 points away all season), and home to Kilmarnock. It's not enough.

If the Perth Saints don't stick at least three goals by us on Saturday I'll make a rare occurrence back on the pool table. If we stay up I'll come out of full retirement for the summer

A point away to St Johnstone looks good. But we were robbed.

Charlie Richmond is a complete and utter disgrace. How he can call himself a "referee" is beyond thought. He done us over today. Up at 2-0 we were denied a stonewaller of a penalty which would have seen the goalkeeper sent off. He was awful throughout the game, and the St Johnstone penalty decision at the end was a complete fiasco. He spent an entire five minutes having a discussion with the linesman, while fans of both sides didn't have a clue if it was a penalty or not. As it happened, they were trying to figure out who made the handball - but if you don't know at the start, you wont know five minutes later. Once the penalty went in, he blew for full time, instead of adding on more injury time for his long discussion.

The worst thing is, that horrific refereeing performance could see us get relegated. We wont see a clearer penalty than that, and yet it was completely ignored. Richmond done us over, incompetent useless waste of a human body.

Dundee can still claim 2nd Place!

I'd say Celtic are more or less fighting for 2nd rather than postponing the imminent title clincher.

I'd like to see Dundee United finish second but I don't see it happening.

Saints are playing Killie tomorrow at home. Killie have somehow managed to get more points away than us, yet they have only scored four goals in the process. If we play like we did last week we should win, but we're so inconsistent it's unbelievable. I think Killie will give it a good go.

St Mirren won a game yesterday!

Kevin Kyle is a disgrace though. He knee-ed Hugh Murray in the head early on, resulting in Shuggie falling unconscious (and play being delayed for ten minutes), but thankfully he seems to be back on his feet now. Two minutes after the re-start, Kyle went right through David Barron. He spent the entire game just looking to injure whatever he saw.

Ignoring the fact he's a thug, Kyle and Michael Higdon get the worst deals from the referees. One minute the ball would be lumped up to Higdon, with two defenders pulling his shirt, climbing on him and hauling him down, which the referee decided was fine. Next minute the Saints defence would do the exact same to Kyle, which also seemed to be fine. At least the referee was consistent - but the defenders were taking the piddle because they knew they'd get away with it.

Anyway, a win at Falkirk next week would guarantee safety. But it's St Mirren, we do everything the hard way, so expect a Falkirk win

United done really well this season, they were so close to spliting the Old Firm.

But good luck for the Cup Final and it will be great to see them in Europe next season.

Massive game for St Mirren tomorrow away to Falkirk. Victory sees us survive for another season, while defeat would be disastrous. Avoiding defeat would be fine as long as we followed it up with a win against Hamilton. The most important thing is to deny Falkirk beating us, preferably by taking the three points for ourselves.

Not confident for it, but still, c'mon the Saints.
