The thing with adding Rangers and Celtic to our leagues, where would they go to start with? Straight into the Premier League? That would hardly be fair on all the English teams battling it out in the English Football League to get a place in the English Premier League, and then two Scotish teams come along and get into the EPL without having to do anything in English football.

Then with the Scottish Premier League, the team that comes top, they wont be the best team in Scotland, but they've got into the Champions League (Or the qualifying, where-ever the Scottish Champions get put into in that competition)...

i agree with toontomh it would be unfair on championship side if 2 scottish teams went straight into the prem! the scottish league's never going to be brilliant simply because the funding we get is very poor! personally i think celtic and rangers are scottish teams and should stay up here in scotland!

ok but what about the welsh sides then, thats why i mentioned rangers and celtic cos cardiff and swansea are in the english leagues, they could get in europe every season if they played in wales but choose not to cos theres more money hear and more fans will watch games against wolves than against llanelli (no offence) only a thought, we will see how they would fair against the english sides, and im sure aberdeen, hibs, hearts etc wont be complaining lol

Are Queen of the South loaded with cash? Nope, but they still got to the Final of the Scottish cup, which was against teams that have spent loads more on players.
