Now here is a subject, that makes me laugh
To write a poem, about a bloody scarf
An item of clothing, to wrap round your neck
To keep you warm, not exactly hi-tech
Can be made from cotton, or even from wool
Some girls wear them, when they are out on the pull
Some bloody idiots, wear them to bed at night
Been put in the fwidge! that cannot be right
Hot weather or not, common sense must prevail
If ya that hot, get up, have an ale
And as for a quilt, are you stark raving mad
Your killing yourself, use a sheet, you'll be glad
Now i have had me say, this is what's recommended
Use just a sheet, guaranteed sleep extended
A scarf and a quilt, is just silly admit
and you'll wake up in the morning, feeling like.......!!
