Easter

Bank Holiday fun, for one and all
Two days off work, is a really good call
A chill out time, that you haven't had for a while
A time to reflect, and to force a smile
A time for kids, and cute little bunnies
Even if kids cost you, lots of monies
Got my little niece, a big chocolate bunny
She's worth every penny, the cute little honey
But as she opens it, and thanks, her uncle Stell
I hope for a piece, and I get, the look from hell
Anyway, the point of this poem is, to have a good time
And to celebrate something, from way back in time
Someone who died, and then came back again
You all know the story, though he died not in vain
Enjoy yourselves, and enjoy your Easter egg
And lads, don't drink too much, and come home on one leg!
