Wonderful poem Steph.

I think pretty much everyone on this site and in this world can relate to that feeling.

I sometimes drift on here from time to time,
Only to check on some close friends of mine.
No time to sign in so I just have a browse,
Reading as much as my spare time allows.
I see all sorts happening, triumphs and woe,
I'm glad to see that this thread continues to grow.
Soon enough I should have enough time to spare,
To keep on posting here all day without care.
The night grows so old, so before I turn in,
I hope to catch up here and tell you where I've been.
I'm sure your all fine, as you lot are always OK
Hopefully the same group of friends will all stay.
So how can I put it, I miss you all so,
But in about twenty minutes it's my room I must go.
Up early tomorrow, spend some time in the gym,
Then climb in my friends car just to go for a spin.
Should be a quiet old weekend, to chill out of peoples soght,
So to all of the Junikies its farewell and goodnight!

Sit and wonder why and what could happen here
It's the worst problems i constantly fear
Is it possible?? Will this work at all??
Will we fly high or will we fall?
all these questions must be answered soon
because my mind is a tornado, coming to toon.

From the first time that I met you,
I knew without a doubt,
I would be with you forever,
with you I couldn't live without.
I knew that it was magic,
but you took me by surprise,
and I saw a little sparkle,
in the centers of your eyes.
I know that we will be together,
together till the end,
and you as my lover, my protector,
and even as my friend.

Sitting under the fireworks
Your arms wrapped around me tight.
My hands on top of yours
As we watch this beautiful sight.

You say something to make me laugh
As you whisper in my ear.
Feeling so happy that I'm with you
I wouldn't want to be any place else but here.

The fireworks still sparkle above
As I turn my head around.
We stare into each others eyes
Saying "I love you" without a sound.

My forehead resting on yours
As you kiss the tip of my nose.
I smile, not taking my eyes off you
As the sky above us glows.

Your face still against mine
Your arms around my hips.
Then I finally close my eyes
As you softly kiss my lips.

Here comes the grand finale
You kiss me once again.
Knowing our time is almost up
And sadly, this night must end.

I stare into your deep blue eyes
While the fireworks shine so bright
I think to myself that I'm so lucky
To be here with you tonight

ive brought one of my old poems forward, what with it been bonfire night soon! and im to lazy today to do a new one!! Lol

My Baby has been absent from here, for far to long
I am missing her badly, and her leopard skin thong
I miss her like crazy, i know its only a blip
I even miss that mole, on the top of her lip
But she will soon be back, im sure of that
Back on the funkypool forums, and chewing the fat
Back to her best, and posting like hell
And saying how much she misses her stell
Hugs for her steph, and cuddles for most
And back on the booze cruise, and the california coast
But for now we just wait, as we see general go slack
And pray for the day that My Paula comes back

we all go through though things in life
sometimes wonderful an sometimes strife
to share wots in ur heart helps others too
so keep on sharin an let others see you

Is it just me, or have these forums gone nuts
With people deleting, and friendships in ruts
Myself, included, and I will take the shame
For getting too involved, in this crazy old game

I am starting to feel, like an agony aunt
But I will not take sides, I'm sorry I just can't
I've known most of you too long, to get involved
I just hope everyone's problems can soon be resolved

When I started posting on here, the forums were great
Laughing and joking, with no hint of hate
Booze cruise, NES, and yes, even Link-a word
Even though Steph's answers were somewhat absurd

But this is the thread, where people get heard
Not hearing rumours, from some little bird
So come on folks, lets all cheer up
I've got the some humour, just grab yourselves a cup

If you do have a problem, by all means share
But not on the forums, the place is not there
Keep it to close folk, ones you can trust
Like me and my Paula !..The pair you'll not bust

Another friend is leaving, another great pity
My good mate Angie, from New York City
She has been here a while, and I know her quite well
And during this time she has got to know stell.

She posted on my leaving thread, not once but twice
Something I haven't forgotten, I thought that was nice
Angie, don't go, we'll all miss you so much
Just don't delete, and please stay in touch

One more thing to my friend over the pond
You've become a good mate, to which I have become fond
If you delete, and never come back
Never forget me, a best friend you won't lack

Unforgetable this site is, I've been absent a while,
I've been posting on here, since my last years as a child.
So today I sit here, tony bennett plays along,
And I write this down quickly, to the tune of the song.
It's just to say hello, and that I'll see my friends soon,
I should be back on here fully, by next week's afternoon.
Back with the poems, and posting for fun,
Laid on the booze cruise,soaking up sun.

in a unique and special way,
the way you cuddled up to me,
the way everything was blurred and i couldn't see,
because i was in love with you, my sole mate,
i knew it was pure right from our very first date.

i loved the way you held me near,
you swore to me you wouldn't dissapear,

i regretably say,
