It's not a big deal anyway. I always make sure we release around the same time every week on our side, because I think it's part of running the league fairly and transparently so that nobody has any advantages (more importantly, nobody has any legitimate grounds to complain).

As I mentioned, it's not a big deal. But yes, strictly speaking it is not fair when completion bonuses are involved.

also people moaned in our league when we made the final League game 3 weeks along with the Cup Final but they rightfully said it wasn't consistent throughout the season so we decreased it to 2 weeks.

basically a few seasons ago, we made the final league fixture, 3 weeks deadline along with cup as it was most important fixture but someone rightfully said the league wasn't consistent as all the others was 2 weeks.
because of that we agreed due to the unfair completion bonus and decreased it to 2 weeks.
its not a big deal long as people don't complain
My reason behind it was because Seb mentioned it and thought i would explain further.

Fact of the matter is that is someone's opinion and to whine about a day early release is rather pathetic in my eyes.

im not whining im just saying about what happened in our league so if you mean me, id rather you read my post.
Seb was along the same tracks, personally i don't care if games are released 1 day, 1 week or 1 year early/late.
we are just saying if you release a day early in one fixture then you should for each one for the league to remain consistent. If it was a week early or late people may complain.

Right, so you've called me pathetic again. Absolutely no reason. You're really getting very touchy these days about anything that in any way threatens your way of running things. Not a good development.
I've told you several times that it's not a big deal. I've also told you why it is in fact unfair. It was a helpful tip from one runner to another. Stop feeling attacked all the time.

If it something that is nothing then why keep bringing it up... i don't feel attacked, quite the opposite. Nothing is threatening the way i run things - I personally didn't and don't see an issue with having the league start a day early or how it is unfair.

lol, this whole argument as per usual on threads nowadays is something about nothing.....technically, seb has a point, but I back jay here, as it doesn't matter if the fixture is released 1 or 10 days early, if a clan cant get 8 games played in 14 days pretty much every time, then they should strongly rethink there eligibility in the league. Comes down to the captains recruitment of reliable players etc

all true. If on the final day the season hinges on the completion bonus, there will be a huge discussion about whether the extra day should count or not and so on.

Calling any normal discussion point pathetic is most definitely disrespectful. If you want to be treated similarly by the players and captains in this league, then continue. But you set the example here- that's part of your role as runner.

Okay, now this may have already been covered.. but:
Has the league made a mistake with game fixtures?
Underdogs and Professionals (from what i've seen) only have one fixture each this fixture set whereas everyone else has two. Howcome they aren't playing eachother? Surely this means that everyone has two fixture sets per fixture fortnight then?
Maybe i am wrong and it was required for two teams to have 1 fixture a fortnight? I'm not sure.

If you check the whole schedule mate you will see that each team has a BYE at some point in the league. If you play two games a set for five sets then you will have the BYE in the final sixth set. Everyone has the same amount of games though in total

I didn't see the schedule, thought there were only 10 teams in league (didnt even realise FE joined the FCL lol) so i thought you'd basically created an extra fixture week at the end for no reason
