With regards to the Masa/Bourdais incident, Louise Goodman was interviewing Sebastien about the touch. She asked him if there was anything else that could have been done to avoid the incident. He replied "well yeh, i could have rolled out the red carpet and said "there you go"" Was quite funny the way he came out with it.

Well, fact remains that Massa, having the full speed of the straight, was overtaking Bourdais, a much slower car exiting the pitlane. Note that they were both on the same lap and Bourdais having no blue flag for Massa. Yet they manage to rule that Massa had passed Bourdais and Bourdais hitting him from behind.... Interesting conclusion given the fact that Massa were travelling significantly faster, and still doing so at the time of impact.

What a joke some of those so-called officials are at times.

Don't suppose they were wearing a red hat with a horse on the front at the time??

It's a shame really as I quite like Massa, think he's a nice chap, however the constant help he and his team get makes me dislike them.........

Same.... Felipe is a great driver and possibly the best qualifying driver formula one has seen in years - maybe even the best in history. It takes very special skills to put together every single entry and exit to make a perfect lap when you really have to, and he does it almost every single race.

I wouldn't really mind him as a driver winning it at all, if it wasn't for the team being so sickening.

I cheered for raikonnen too before, but find it increasingly hard ever since he joined the reds.

I like Ferrari, but after Bourdais being taken out the points for Massa turning in on him, it's a bit of a joke.

i like massa, personally i dont think massa was on the wrong with the Bourdais incident, he was coming out massa had more speed got ahead of him and they collided, now i hate Hamilton, but i think massa was in the wrong to hit hammy, but he got a drive through so, everyone one in the end except bourdais

I think this season is becoming a joke. If Hamilton doesn't win it is a farce, and mostly down to F1 putting pressure on him, as appose to Ferrari!

It makes you even more incensed when people like Alonso say that Hamilton being given a penalty is good, and he'll do all he can to help Massa win the title. To think I was cheering him the last couple of races and wishing him luck in the future - not any more; sore loser!

So long as Lewis comes out with his head held high it doesn't matter.

As for the Bourdais incident - you sure we was watching the same incident Nick? Mass bumped into Bourdais, what could Bourdais do? Let him pass? Why should he? If it was Hamilton would you feel the same?

Massa simply cut him off too soon as he was going past him. There was nowhere for Bourdais to go. The single reason the two car touched was Massa taking his turn-in too early. The speed difference was in favour of Massa all through the incident, so there is no way Bourdais could have hit him from behind, like the so-called officials claims.

It is so ridiculous that you almost wanna wonder if the officials in fact were not aware of the two drivers being on the same lap.

Think i'll be supporting BMW and Kubica next season...unless Raikkonen moves to Mclaren.

Keep the faith mate...keep the faith.

Vettel for Ferrari?
Personal opinion, but how well do you think he would do?

Give Vettel two seasons in a Ferrari seat and you have yourself a new world champion.

Vettel is much too sympathetic for a team as retarded as Ferrari tho - I'd much rather see him in a good, but likeable team...

McLaren is rather pointless for at least 6-7 more seasons, unless Hamilton hurts himself out of business.

BMW is another, far more realistic alternative. Heidfeldt is running his last few seasons and Vettel, as an up-and-coming german, would be a not at all unlikely alternative for that team.

Unsure how long Piquet is contracted for, but the second Renault seat could possibly be an option as well?

In either case, Vettel is signed for Red Bull for at least two seasons, so don't think we'll see him in a top car for a few more years, unfortunately. The top irony is that the Red Bull has been a bit weaker than the Toro Rosso all season.

7AM the race starts (or 8AM) so you could wake up to watch it!

Am too nervous I think. I just don't think it will happen for him this year............ he's still very young and new to it all so no worries really.............

I'd like to see Vettel and Kubica in a team. Two drivers with potential to be future champions, as long as they'd have one of the top cars (Ferrari, McLaren, BMW Sauber) they'd be challengers. Kubica has proved himself in a car weaker than the top two, and Vettel is now showing what he can do with an ex-Minardi.
