if im standing 32 feet away from 8 pairs of shoes and i take a step that is half the distance left to the shoes, how many steps will it take me to reach them.

Looks to me like the number of shoes is a red herring, if one step tekae you half way there, then one more step takes you there?

Had a good long look for tricks etc but it seems straightforward. Although how you can take a step that measures 16 feet I dunno!
