Shadows all i will say is all you had too do was play on the scott__p account then at the end of the season deactivate shadows account and nothing would have happened. Instead you actually tried too enter the league with the new account as well as having shadows in the league which is the rule break. Im not sure but i think years back i was told i could have another account on funkypool (it was not associated too any clan though) but admin said i was not allowed too post from it as i had posting on my actual account. Can't remember the admin i spoke too it may have been Cloone back then, if that is true then you broke a site rule as well. Oh well. Play some pool and let it be.

Yes and that is where you broke the rule mate. If you would have left scott__p as a free agent while the season was still going and under shadows then deactivated shadows and joined a clan as scott__p then that would have been fine i think. But you put yourself in a clan nearly straight away, yes scott__p account could not play for the rest of the season but technically you brought two accounts into the league.

That is the way i see it and how i would have looked at it if i was in Keith's boots.

Mate i was going back like nearly eights years in that post there A year or so after it i also got rid of the duplicate. Purely used it for friendly games on the server before a clan game or something too warm up and hide under radar so wasn't pestered straight into clan game within seconds of logging on.

Yeah, used to be able to use one for friendlies only as long as you didn't join a clan, post or play ranked games, i had one as wanted 50% in 500 shots and reset on that account frequently, then practice game came out and got 60% in 100 shots which was tough so then a stricter rule came in and was no second accounts allowed period and any second accounts would be banned without warning (see kilimanjaro and callaway on Snooker) so fastboysam said i had to deactivate triple_h which was my second account for Carom games since then none has been allowed.

Not starting it again and this is genuine but if i wanted to change name then i would have waited until end of the finals then deactivate old and make the new account then no one can say anything.

Why is he still permitted to play and not getting the same treatment as shadows who had a plausible reason and just made a poor decision with the timing in creating his new account. One rule for one again!

I agree he should have waited until the end of all the fixtures but we all make mistakes and he's not the only one who has made a poor error of judgement. IF he's being punished which also has repercussions on this team for that then I think consistency is strongly needed here.

I'm sure there are others who have done the exact thing but are just jumping on the band wagon as it's shadows. I too like buckjam will defend my players and friends as best I can. That being said I also will represent fairness and equality for all too. What he did was wrong and should rightly be punished but you cannot punish one player and not the others who do the same thing.

All this jumping to re racks defense, prove he's not ric_flair IF you can't then he should be treated the exact same way shadows has been. In the past thanatos and precision (Emma & Ant) were deemed to be the same person all because they shared the same IP Address. There's no difference here.
