I agree but shadows himself has posted his reasons for creating another account and both accounts whether active or not couldn't affect anything this season as no new players are eligible.

IF BOTH were eligible then damn right that's wrong and should be punished but the fact they aren't holds no bearing over him playing this season.

If he had both running thats where the multi-using comes into it and having both join a clan, didn't seem right and could have handled it better.

Honestly, I don't think he should be banned for the season. Were his actions a little deceptive? Yeah, but none of them affected the season, and I don't think he intended to play for both teams. Banning him for the rest of the current season could be justified, but I think the coming season he should still be allowed to play.

It's highly unlikely shadows will be allowed to take part in the leagues next season, and even if he is - Uprising, DFE, FPD and Scorps won't be taking part in any league he's competing in.

As an example what happens when you run 2 accounts, Kili never decided if to go as Callaway or Kili then as he forgot to deactivate, Admin banned one.

Who cares if he's a nice guy and been on here since the beginning of time? IF he's broken the rules then he should be punished, rules aren't there to be modified depending on who the players are. They have to be consistent across the board!

Shadows is a nice guy, never given me grief. Never set up another account during the time I've known him except this once. He's been very reliable and tried his best at all times.

I still do condemn his actions and have already stated he should be punished but not to the extreme he is when there is and your example proves it others who are guilty of the same thing. Even those who have jumped on the bandwagon.

difference is, it happened on Snooker, not Pool so in theory he can't be punished here. In Snooks i probably wouldn't have punished Kili but give him a friendly warning (as its his first time).

Snooks is my authority and Pool is Keith's so we shouldn't have a say on what the punishment is or for how long.
