if you did transfer it would have to be with no restrictions. then if people aren't happy then they can move but the league runner could step in if they feel a team is having problems.

i have always been a believer of if a player wants to leave then thank them, wish them luck, release to new clan (as no good keeping them) then search for alternates. I had to do this in Professionals which caused several of our top players to leave so i found other alternates.

As long as i run leagues the transfer window will never return as it would have to be with no restrictions and as proven it caused teams to fold which is what we want to try and prevent.

The seasons are way too short for a transfer window.. Wouldnt mind seeing you implement the rule you were going to this season though, for next season. Stop all transfers, except free agents, during the season.
