There is no need for discussion regarding dark_chocco, he messaged me asking if he could be released as he wanted to join uprising and huts did not want to release him. I had a message from huts which backed this up. I asked huts to advise how many active players they had which he replied they had plenty but didn't want to lose their best player. I advised that I could not allow him to hold players just because they are the best and that he would be released to move, this was a couple of days ago, I advised that rather than do it straight away they could wait a couple of days so chocco could complete any FBL or SL games for BS before moving. So no idea why it has now become an issue. As for Sam and tinie I posted advising that I was willing to allow them to play if uprising allowed as they were released after the deadline which is bending the rules which uprising said no so there was no argument after that, chocco is released way before fixtures so can play in any fixtures released from today.

Now enough of this and let's move on.

You interfere and allow players to change teams mid-season, something we have always wanted rid of, yet you won't sanction the use of a free agent in a fixture set they weren't signed in time for to avoid defaults. Nice.

Huts is being forced to release Chocco... He doesn't actually want to release him, theres a difference.

The request for the team selections had been posted with regards to Sam and Tinie. We weren't permitted to select them due to the refusal to be released by faust and Uprising. Hence they missed the FCL set one as a consequence.

The only Deadline we missed was the one for registering the overall team lists and that obviously was a complete waste of time as players still have free licence and can roam from team to team as they please during the season.

My issue is why when BEFORE the actual season were tinie and Sam restricted from playing for a make believe Deadline and a player who moves DURING the season allowed to play straight away for their new side.

It doesn't add up, he should face the same sanctions/consequences as my two players did and not be eligible for the FCL Fix Set 2 IMO. There's no difference between the two scenarios and this crap about missing Deadlines is null and void as the deadline amounts to zilch.

You don't need to as he had been released by me as you are fully aware, i tried to assist BS by getting him to play games before leaving yet your actions since i don't blame him for wanting to leave as you are just acting / looking silly now.

It doesn't add up how Faust can delay the release of Sam and Tinie who didnt have any fixtures to play and in effect make them miss the first fixture set, but Huts can't delay the release of chocco when chocco DOES have fixtures outstanding.

We all know uprising always gets special attention and rules will always be handed in there favour over others . My actions have been good i feel , ive not once said i wouldnt release the player i just wanted him to play all remaining matches before doing so .

Also what i didnt feel fair is that BS has uprising next and by allowing him to move now you have allowed 1 side to be stronger and the other has been weaken. Fair? Also even tho i have enough players for cover i do feel that we are 1 player short now without any time to replace him .

Yes completely double standards that is why i was willing to bend the rules to allow them to play.

No point getting upset with me as i have refused you to allow players who signed recently to play in games that were released way before their signing.

I am willing to allow you to move a player or player across from one of your other teams as you do not have enough players, even if they have played this set to get games played. But as advised any player that moves would remain in that team and any new player can replace him in his old team or also join him in your team.
