In your case they left AFTER fixtures was released so we couldn't use Cortez even though we added him a day late (before fixture release). If Sam/Tinie got allowed AFTER fixture release which you would have to sit out a fixture THEN Keith would have to do it for ALL teams otherwise it wouldn't be fair.
Fiz is being released BEFORE the new fixtures are out so he is eligible.
If Fiz had joined you, you would have moaned like when Sam and Tinie joined you begging Keith to allow them to play. Difference here is Fiz is being released BEFORE fixtures are out NOT AFTER like Sam and Tinie.
If Sam/Tinie was released BEFORE i may have argued your case but this has no argument.

I'm speaking truthfully, I know you would have wanted to sign him regardless, But I would have definitely voted, or suggested, we said no.
We have like 19 or 20 players once raven and triple_b are eligible, we will struggle to give everyone a fair share of games, and we have already said we refuse to remove someone (unless they are inactive etc.) to replace them with someone better...
Hence, I would have said no.
I'm slightly insulted we weren't the third .. although, with the amount of players we currently have (one or two inactive), I think we would have said no.

We agree he remained with Black Scorpions out of respect to them. Any such move was put on the back burner until possibly the end of the season.

Can I just ask: Sam and Tinie both suffered missing the FCL first set due to not being released. Huts is entitled to do the same so surely dark_chocco should face the same consequences?
No team lists/selections had been requested neither before you try and play that card.

No, Sam/Tinie was released after fixture release, Fiz is going to be released before new fixtures so Fiz can play. Sam + Tinie couldn't.
Just how it is, if someone is released after fixtures are out, they must wait for duration of the fixture and if someone is released before then they can play. No Special Cases for any clan, it has been in the rules since i have been in clans.

I will reveal some messages sent to and from Ash, so this silly rant ends here.
I spoke to Ash last week and I said I would join him. He agreed to have me on his B team. I then reconsidered and told him I will move at the end of the season. He then said that he would love to have me sooner but respects my decision to stick with BS til the end of the season. He then sent another message after saying the following:
"Sure can't change your mind mate?
Think with you on board we can WIN the leagues tbh"
So Ash, stop with this hypocricy and just get on with your day.
Do we really need further discussions? Let's put this to bed. Bottom line is I will join uprising officially tomorrow, and will be in their team sheet for the next squad.
Let's all stop being petty and just get on with our day. There's absolutely no need for this moaning spree. Let's stop this here, and just enjoy the game. It's a game at the end of the day so let's just have some fun, shall we?
