Too soon for Sturridge
Too soon for Welbeck

Rooney will go as he's Captain and can drop back to Midfield.

Vardy is a MUST
Kane is a MUST
Walcott will Go
Andy Carroll (Maybe)

How it be too soon for Sturbridge but not Carroll.... He's just as injury prone and will get you half the goals. If Sturbridge is even 90% fit he has to go match winner.

I think that means it's too soon to say, not too soon for them to go because they both just played their first games after long injuries.

No Vardy? He does more than Rooney and Defoe, more goals than both of them combined. Top goalscorer, scoring worldies, scoring consistently. Only Kane is on par with him this season.

Welbeck I don't rate. I think a top quality work rate covers a less than top quality finishing. Goals are what we need and Vardy will give that.

Would be more worried by a trio of Sturridge, Vardy and Kane than Sturridge and Welbeck. 6 Strikers seems a lot too.

both Wallcott and Wellbeck can play out wide
and then come in

so 4 strikers really

So can Sturridge, but we have plenty of wide forwards too. The likes of Sterling (should he be picked), Oxlade-Chamberlain, Milner, Lallana, etc. Plus an abundance of potential central midfielders (I don't think we need Rooney to drop to midfield at all, if our squad became that bare then we have bigger problems).

I don't think we need every single player to be versatile. A striker who knows exactly where he'll play and knows his one job is to score, Vardy fits the bill best right now. I think we look in good shape, plenty of options for Hodgson rather than the usual squad pretty much picking itself.

I don't think he should make his choice until the season is over anyway. I'm just hoping he picks boldly and not just big names.

Vardy cant be judged on one season
he is golden at the moment on the domestic front

he wont do it in Europe and in my opinion
he wont get double figures next season
Leicester will be lucky to finish 14th
with European football

look at Liverpool last season, they are a far bigger club with more resources

I remember a certain Kevin Phillips
did it 3 seasons in a row
including the golden boot

far better player than Vardy, couldn't do it at international level, I hope he will prove me wrong just cant see it

If he were young and it was his first prem season then I would definitely agree. But he's older and in his second season, so I think we can have more hope. Plus Leicester are title contenders and there's a lot of that down to his goals. Phillips had his great record at a team below the top four, so I think Vardy has proved himself at a bit of a step up with where Leicester are at even in Phillips was better. In a good England side, who could well play in a similar style or formation to Leicester, he may be able to step up.

He might not fit in after all, but right now it would be silly to rule him out with him leading the way in the prem.

part of me agrees

but I also look at Harry Kane
people wrote him off at the beginning of the season
but he has more than proved people wrong

time will tell with Vardy
I don't dislike him

I just think Europe next season will be his biggest test
but maybe to late for euros

Vardy and Kane should definitely be there!
Rooney cannot be picked on reputation, his season has been average.

Generally its 4 strikers right?
I think how players played this season is the best indicator really,
So for me Vardy, Kane on the plane, easy.
After that, I see think Rooney for experience tbh, England have a young team and need an older player, be it on the bench...
4th striker... if he has no more injuries, Sturridge, potentially the best striker we have, he just needs to be fit.
I think Welbecks over rated, i mean 1 goal vs leicester and hes the best forward ever? Lol
Id even put Austin above Welbeck.
Also depends on formation, i think the formation wont suit Vardy, id love to see 442 with Kane and Vardy.

And is Vardy a 1 season wonder? Who knows, but if he is, hes probably had as good a season than most.
On Leicester in Europe (lol at now it automtaic we will be in europe when we wee wrote of at the start) We will need a bigger team for sure, new signings, but with the qualification money, and most likely more money from our Thai owners for getting top 4 (assuming) we will have it, expeft Leicester to do some big buys.

Got money on United, someone pass me the soap, I feel dirty De Gea injured in the warm up, I might do this more often

Read that in our last two away games involving Sturridge we've scored 6. Could do with a third in a row!

Absolute CRAP again - Sack LVG - he's lifeless, passionless, more vibrancy in a MORGUE!
