No they aren't Innocent as they must have done something to get banned but it could be anything like a bad comment or something in a pm. We don't know its due to multi-using.
If its confirmed though then they are guilty and i believed their innocence so as Craig is urging me to apologise i would even though i shouldn't have to.

They were banned for playing on one another's accounts, simple as. If you are not in possession of that information fair enough, but the big clue is in 'three' accounts getting banned at the same time.
The only people that need to apologise, as Craig has rightly stated, are the captain and the offenders. Commenting that those making observations need to say sorry is laughable and embarrassing.
