Heres my idea based on ideas here...

Subs can not be made until 9 days of the fixture has passed unless their is an activity/timezone barrier and must be agreed by the captains involved.

After those 9 days has passed each clan gets 3 substitutions to use however they see fit and each sub is posted on behalf of the clan so after those 9 days the Captains has no say so but can reverse by the use of one token (Substitution).

If your sick of it friendyboy, have you ever thought to change the way you run the clan? You are happy in all your players yet it's been confirmed in the last page or two you put your stronger players in for lesser players. You as a clan then cry out, it's legitimate, it's not tactical. Well if your gonna lie then expect a comment or two. Again wether your breaking the rules or not if your making decisions that make it harder for the other team then again expect a backlash. Finally if your gonna go on other peoples threads and dictate who should play when cause one of your players is in then expect a backlash! Granted it's not you posting but it's you that has agreed with all of the above as you stated. Call it bullying all you like if you didn't consistent do things to pee everyone off then you would be consistently left alone.

Timezone is easy to combat, just put players from difficult timezones in say number 1 position on your list, if u have none then put a very flexible plyer there

Daytime players at 2 and 3 then all rest between 4 and 8

1sub and 1 swap a fixture, inactive players wouldnt be chosen and players can arrange there games in peace

i dont understand whats funny, it cmbats all the issues u claim cause u to make all the subs, so putyb them in categories b4 hand and it works easier, explain how it wont work, instead of being stupid

That sentence must be too intellectual for me as well as in my mind it doesn't make sense.

I don't agree that anyone from the USA should only play a fellow USA or Aus vs Aus due to their time zones. Ideally it would help but is a little unfair on them

Taking YOUR idea on board how about the 1st 4 selected be available for their matches between say daytime - 7pm. The remaining 4 from 7pm - onwards.

That would be due to time preference not just location based.

Playing players from other time zones is an issue but with a little compromise and flexibility that can be worked around.

so taking on board what u have said, based upon a little of comprimise and flexibility, theres really no need for subs ans swaps at all apart from last resorts, but on otherhand at min that cant be grasped, so a structure to the placement of players would help then or not?

I don't see any probs with time zone, am not in uk and have cero default as of now however sometimes it does need swap or sub either cuz they play in different time a day or not doing weekends, but not after one minute fixtures got released lol...

How about what i put but Home Team can match the fixtures like Horse suggested?

I'm a lesser player in the team not once have I been subbed out ,,the subs/swaps I have done (2 I think)I have asked it's upto you if ya wanna
Change it back to orig player as I ask if it's ok ,,think the best bet is that we leave the orig fixtures and when the likes of yourself keep posting is anyone available to play we just say no for the first week if that player has not been online so I think no subs for the first week of fixtures

nothing wrong with the idea but only works if there is two fixtures and would be limited to no subs or swaps as there would be no point in bothering to do it otherwise. You might as well make it no subs or swaps and save extra work for the captains.

if you read the thread you captain said it happens, not me. And as for asking is anyone available, I'm fine arranging my games against whoever. I even had a game arranged against one of your captains in the last fixture set and guess what happened?

All subs and swaps should be done as a last resort - IMO all should be requested that way will stop the constant moaning and whining over the genuinity in making them. Until that's enforced then we continue to break no rules.

Most the whining is about he calibre of player subbed in - nothing more, nothing less. Players and Captains alike can sit there hiding behind their smokescreens - it's perfectly and blatantly obvious why the commotion is happening.

We made a conscious decision the other day to refrain from putting crazykid in any matches to solely utilize him as a sub. For a couple of reasons, his own personal one, him not being able to guarantee when could be online or even active. Also - in the interest of not wasting anyone's time we feel this would be the best solution. Now when we've subbed in him 2 times vs UB's and PD's respectively they complain. Zak will say it's not the player it's the fact we subbed out Jittzdulay after saying we wouldn't. We all say a lot of things and in this instance deadline is approaching, as far as we were aware no arrangement had been put in place, crazykid were online, so what's the problem? A match played - draw 3-3 - good games, well done both.

So I'm getting sick and tired of having to explain the reasoning for EVERY bloody thing. I don't sit here and type; why the hell you do that? faust made a swap the other day - i saw both players online, we'd have done the same. So STOP painting me out to be the problem!!

We didn't complain. Quite the opposite actually.

chris,. you run the league, no ones interested in arguing with ash and his co horts about it, have u recognised the problem and also recognised its the cause of 90% of arguments on the site?. if u have then suggest to us all a soloution, if u havent then read last 6 months of clan pages

hope you don't include me in that list
