i thought if we could beat palace that would be us well on our way
with 11 games to go
we have got the hardest run by a long way, its going to be tough
i also think we have 11 cup finals to play, Norwich away on Saturday is a massive game in Sunderlands future
but lets not forget out of the 10 premier seasons
we have finished 7th twice and 10th once
the rest of the time we have been fighting relegation
so as my heart says we are safe. unfortunately my head says we are going down
gutted

Norwich are woeful atm. So much unrest behind the scenes with players not liking Hughton and the fans want him sacked too....Hopefully Poyet will set you lot up right and nick a tight win. Just to heap more misery on the budgies

i thought westbrom fulham norwich would go down but then west brom beat swansea never saw that coming so wouldnt suprise me who goes down sunderland should of destroyed palace at home i had 3-0 to sunderland and home games always the one u have to win so if sunderland cant win at home be hard for them to win away so i think 5 teams and maybe newcastle could go down on a losing streak pardew losing plot as usual sold there best players got to put a striker in team who u tried to sell showing faith much so west ham cardiff newcastle villa west brom norwich sunderland any of them could go down they need some results to stay up be a fight to stay up and all got to play guys fighting for title what will be hard

I think Fulham and Cardiff for sure.....and I think it'll either be Palace or Norwich....But I'm praying it's Norwich!! Need an Old Farm Derby back

realistically, Swansea and above are too good to go down. Norwich are unstable, same as West Brom. Palace are fighters under Pulis and are tough to beat.. Sunderland should coast out unless they implode and Cardiff and Fulham are going to have to go all out because draws aren't good enough.

I really do not think Palace are going to go down, I know that stats are only stats, but Pulis has never been relegated, and I can't see that happening, fulham are gonners and I can't think of a single reason why fulham should stay in the league.
Which leaves 2 teams to more teams to go down.
The first on that list will be Cardiff, never had a tight enough to defense and have rarely scored more than 2 goals in a game.
I think the strikers needed more service and the defenders had to learn how to defend!
My last pick is a hard choice, but I am going to go with West Brom, selling Shane Long will prove too costly, they had nurtured him through the years, and when he finally get settled, sells him to a rival for a bargain price when in the form of his life.
So that leaves the top 4 to be discussed, well Arsenal will be 4th I think, and deservedly, had a great start to the season, but as soon as Ramsey went out injured, they collapsed in front of goal a bit.
3rd is a tough one, but I am going to stick my neck out and Manchester City, with 3 games in hand, it looks a formality for them to crawl back to the summit, but with the pressure that only 1 month ago they were fighting for 4 trophies, and now its only 2, i can see them dropping points, just down to the pressure. especially as they still have to play manchester united, arsenal, liverpool and everton. I think they will lose 2 of those games, as manchester united are going to have some fight from somewhere...

And I think that liverpool will beat them at anfield.
Which brings me nicely onto my team that will hopefully finish 2nd.
My team.
Liverpool, because I don't think they will beat both manchester city and chelsea, i think mourinho has enough about him to set up for a draw or nick a goal and defend.
But we should stave off pressure from city and keep up hopes until the last 2 games of winning the title.
And first will be chelsea, because as previously mentioned, mourinho is a tactical god and knows how to set up for every match.
It will be a very tight season, and I hope it runs to the last day, which will make for an amazing day of football

i think city will get title as nothing else to play for chelsea 2nd liverpool 3rd 4th is a toss up because arsenal havent got enought depth i fancy everton to get 4th and think arsenal will miss out no service to giroud means no goals

Liverpool have a big say on the title, with Chelsea and City both to go to Anfield ( i think)

^^^^^
those 2 games decide it...as long as liverpool win every single game left..which is 8 i think and they on a 6 win streak atm so 14 games in a row will be tough..but they in the position they in because they can score goals so ones just got believe it's possible.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, doesn't change a thing though. Still got quite a few teams in worse positions and in worse form. They won't be relegated but they'll be closer to it than they'd like
