Look at the way they play and you'll know who's safe. Stoke were never going down and the win today see's them with enough points to avoid relegation now. It's gonna be lower than the 40 points it usually is. Norwichs win goes a long way to steady the ship. West Brom, Palace and Sunderland are the ones that should be fighting to avoid the last relegation place. The few above could get dragged into it but I would expect them to survive. Sunderland are dropping a lot in important games, but if they don't panicked they have the games to get out easily

its good to be a fan who doesnt have to worry about relegation sadly good to watch the relegation race id hate if i was a fan of a club going down what i have done before with blackpool and charlton ath who went down in prem and could go down in championship

Good weekend for liverpool, we had to show that we are just as capable of getting a result at the likes of Cardiff as well as manchester united.
I still do not believe we will win the league, but definitely have a very large say in which way it goes.
Arsenal are well and truly out of it, 40/1 the bookies will give you now.
City are still favourites, but I would still keep chelsea as faves, they have the points on the board, and will be difficult to catch.
Especially as city have 3 games to catch up on, starting with away to Manchester united tomorrow night.
If that game is a draw, it could be massive for liverpool (but I am dreaming now )
its not over until the final whistle, I just hope we are still in the hunt come May, makes for an interesting few weeks..

Norwich 0-0 Man City
Man City 0-1 Chelsea
they dropped two points at Norwich, and they lost to Chelsea at home which they have made a fortress. Their next games are United, Arsenal, Southampton, Liverpool which they could quite easily drop points there. I wouldn't put anyone as favourite (and the bookies seem to have Chelsea and City about the same) as all are capable of dropping points.
Starting to dream though, can't hurt us. I think most neutrals are hoping it's the year of the Chihuahua

I think the title is going back to Chelsea. Like Chappy said, I'd rather have the points on the board than in the form of games in hand. Plus Jose is a tactical genius.

Tonights games are massive, (IF) city drop points, that puts chelsea back as hot favourites, but I am going to say it again, the 2 games when city and chelsea come to anfield are huge. if either lose points, the other could go favourite. I don't think it is simple anymore, each game is an FA cup final, each as big as the last.
They are all must win now, if city win every game from now until the end of the season, they are champions, if liverpool do the same, we would champions, and same with chelsea. those 3 teams have it in their own hands.
Chelsea's next matches are:
Palace (a), stoke (h), swansea (a), sunderland (h), liverpool (a), norwich (h), cardiff (a).
City's next matches are:
Utd (a), arsenal (a), southampton (h), liverpool (a), sunderland (h), west brom (h), palace (a), everton (a), villa (h), west ham (h).
Liverpool's next matches are:
Sunderland (h), spurs (h), west ham (a), city (h), norwich (a), chelsea (h), palace (a), newcastle (h).
Who looks like they have the easier run in?

Man United 0-1 Man City
Arsenal 0-1 Swansea
Newcastle 0-1 Everton
HT scores, still can't quite bring myself to want United to score but I'd like them to win or draw. Just do it without scoring, maybe send all the City players off and get it abandoned . Swansea doing well against Arsenal, they've got to fight a bit for 4th now, with Everton pushing on and 1-0 up

Arsenal now have limped out of the title race into what could be a battle for a champions league spot, If Everton beat them they could well finish outside the top 4 and what then for Wenger?
Even a deluded United fan has to concede they aren't going to be in the Champions League next season. Munich are a class above the Premier Leagues top 6 and United haven't really been able to cope with the top 6. Couple that with Munich winning the title tonight means they can rest players in the league to play their best for the Champions League. 2 legs against them, I can't wait to watch that .
Good on Everton I say, I'd welcome them to the Champions League if they got 4th and qualified this time

I also wanted Utd to score, but that was for fantasy football haha
I think Everton will have a great chance of getting 4th but the only problem i see for them is will Chelsea loan them Lukaku next season? i dont think so myself.
And Utd arnt going to win anything muhahaha, think they'd even take the Johnstone paint trophy this season

Word on the street is Lukaku is being sold, Newcastle have put interest in and Jose wants Cavani and Costa, big issue for Everton is replacing the loaned in players. 4th place would give them some good demands, but do they have the budget to get the top quality? I think they'll have to go for budget alternatives but still should grab some good players.

I can't see Spurs getting there, Arsenal will recover after City and I can't see them finishing below Spurs. I think Spurs would do well to get 5th, like United would do well to get 6th.
It'll be a battle between Arsenal and Everton and the winner of the head-to-head will probably get 4th unless they lose form.
Munich will show United just how far behind they are, even with them running away with the league last season they still didn't come close to the best of Europe. It just showed how bad English sides were that the only 2 who qualified out of the groups got knocked out in the last 16.
Deulofeu wants to break into Barca's first XI, might be a step up for him but he is talented enough to be given a chance.
There's more United players at Sunderland than Everton now, I dont think those players from United are good enough for Everton who are rightfully above them. Everton need better players than the ones United will get rid of.

Even if we beat Chelsea and City (an all our others), if City win their other 8 games they would be champions. So as well as beating everyone we need someone to at least draw with City.
